    Interesting how Sentry sees the situation. The quote I remember is "We have a pool of maintenance…read morepeople to pull from. Don't worry, we have you covered". The first time we heard any reservations from Sentry about hiring someone in our price range was in the fall. The board asked at that time what the hourly rate would need to be to get a reliable and skilled maintenance person. The response was "We wish we knew". To be clear, Sentry took two months to hire a maintenance person who THEY fired two weeks later (without any input or consulting from us). They then hired another person, who worked a bit under a month. Sentry then fired that person. The third maintenance person seemed to have some skills, but could never seem to get more than the basic things done. Sentry indicated (I have the emails) that they would begin looking for a new person once again (again just informing us). We were a bit surprised as one of our unit owners had decided to help train the last person in an effort to get more done. It was at that time that the board realized Sentry could not provide a reliable maintenance person and informed them that we were looking into subcontracting the position. If it's true that this last person is still employed with Sentry, I'm happy for him as he seemed a nice person. Mr. Q - you continue to insist that you were happy with your maintenance person and he did everything satisfactorily. Here is the email that I referenced above about how Sentry was not happy with this last person's performance. I've redacted names. From: xxxxxxxxxxxx@sentrymgt.com Subject: RE: xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Date: December 8, 2016 at 4:28:19 PM EST To: xxxxx xxxxx, Please be advised that Mr. xxxxxx is being written up for this incident today and we are reopening the search for a replacement. You will recall that that the search, to find xxxxxxx took a while and has not proven to be satisfactory to either party. xxxx I cannot recommend Sentry. While maintenance was one of our problems, it was not the only one. We are much happier with our current company who has already made a significant difference and accomplished more in 6 weeks than Sentry was able to accomplish in 12 months.

    Sentry Management and Gordon Wolfram in particular under-performed from the beginning. Not sure who…read moreJohn Q. is, the South Shore Board never met him, so I'm not sure how he can write a response to Laura's accurate (and too polite) review. Sentry did NOT express reservations regarding a maintenance person. They simply failed to provide one in a timely manner as promised. When they did provide one several months after they said they would, they failed to supervise him. The checklists referenced by John Q were very clear on what was to be done. Sentry did not supervise the maintenance person regarding the checklists or much else. Not only did they not follow through on the maintenance situation, they did little to nothing for us in the entire year we gave them to prove themselves. In the end they took our money and gave us little to nothing in return. Shame on me for voting to have them as a manger. I hope no other association makes the same mistake. If Sentry replaces Gordon Wolfram as the head of the local office, there could be a positive change, but this guy is about signing up new customers and hoping they are too busy to replace him.

They knew one by one every single home sold last year, they had been there and remembered the history of each house sold, details what was crucial to define the price of my house. They then implemented a successful strategy of revamping my house, her advice that the potential buyers believe that potential repairs are more expensive than what they really are, that it is better that I put the house to its best, which we did: excellent strategy. She was correct with the pricing, which was much higher than what I initially thought, which made the process run smoothly. But she went beyond her duties, because she personally made the improvements, she personally bought beautiful and installed decoration, lamps, fans, doors, etc., to make the house look great, she hired a company for a great staging, and I was delighted as the house did really look great, she hired excellent guys to fix everything else, she and her team even put flowers that took out from their own yards!! She was there with open houses, inviting many realtors which she knew, she was there to receive potential customers. She took the time to educate me, explain me every step, respond to my questions immediately. It was a a privilege, a real blessing to work with them, I have not enough words to thank them.

I can say without reservation that TDO Management is among the best I've ever had the pleasure of renting from. The staff at TDO is caring and considerate, and they seek to resolve any issues as quickly and effectively as possible. They are prompt at returning phone calls for any maintenance issues no matter how big or how small. They keep an army of repair personnel on standby to respond to any property issues. I don't have a property managed by TDO, but if my home was in Jacksonville, I certainly would recommend them as a property management company of choice. It's apparent that they care about the property and protecting the investment of their property owners. They take a "boots on the ground" approach to management, which is beneficial both for the tenant and the owner. They spend time checking properties and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for both tenants and owners. It's also obvious that they employ a thorough and comprehensive process to ensure the right tenants rent the properties they manage. Angele is THE WORST. She is horrible to work for and this comes from her employees word of mouth. She ignores her tenants calls on purpose she does not answer request does not comp her tenants for neglect of the property. She will laugh in your face. She refuses to comply. She does not follow the laws in Florida. My property has had AC problems for 4 years. The unit has continued to have problems with leaking ruined the floors there is mold due to the issues it's had. NOTHING has been fixed. She allows my minor child to sit in 90 degree heat and doesn't offer to comp or credit my account. This is a constant issue. She is rude disrespectful and a disgusting human being.

I suspect that Morgan Property Management has some shady business with the repair companies as there seems to be a recurring need for repairs. Mrs. O'Reilly's rude behavior made it extremely difficult to work with her. Mrs. O'Reilly refused to communicate with me via email, she stopped replying to my emails. Mrs. O'Reilly didn't have the respect of reaching out to stop their services. I have to email her to ask for my property keys.
