I would not recommend Morgan Property Management based on my experience as a property owner…read more Throughout my time working with this company, there seemed to be mistakes at nearly every step. Communication was sloppy and inconsistent, maintenance issues were handled poorly, and I repeatedly had to follow up, clarify information, and correct problems that I expected a professional property management company to handle. What was especially disappointing was the level of professionalism in their communication. Both my tenant and I experienced interactions that I felt were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When concerns arose, I did not feel they were handled constructively or with the level of professionalism I would expect from a company entrusted with managing someone else's property and communicating with their tenant. Ultimately, the experience created significantly more work and stress for me rather than making property ownership easier. Based on my experience with their communication, attention to detail, maintenance coordination, and customer service, I would not use Morgan Property Management again and would not recommend them to other property owners.

The most active and dedicated Real Estate Agent I've ever worked with! THANK YOU MARIO!…read more I have bought and sold several houses over the years and worked with dozens of Real Estate Agents along the way. I can say that - without a doubt - Mario has proven to be the most proactive, involved and effective agent of them all. Most agents simply passively post your property on MLS and wait for buyers to come along...NOT Mario. In my most recent property sale, I had my condo on the market for 6 months with another agent with only a few showings and minimal activity. I then stumbled onto Mario and switched to give him a try. Mario immediately took charge and came up with a plan. He went to the property, made a few key physical improvements, listed and marketed the property and within 3 weeks I had an offer and we closed shortly thereafter. Mario's communication, even over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, was superb and, since I was living across the country from the property during the sale, he served as my eyes and ears locally. He was the consummate professional in my absence through the whole selling process. I CANNOT recommend Mario and his "Navy-to-Navy Homes" team enough. I would ABSOLUTELY work with the company again in the future and will personally recommend them to my friends and family.

My experience with N2N as a prospective tenant was the most stressful & upsetting experience I've…read moreever had with a rental company. You would think a company that markets to veterans would treat them better, but look at their reviews for their rental management. Excessive fees, a rude property manager, & lies throughout the process to get you to sign a lease quickly, not to mention almost trying to keep my deposit before I was ever furnished a lease when I changed my mind just hours later due to her unprofessional manners. For your application process/screening they use a third party service called "Findigs". The program is hard to navigate, uses AI to verify forms that causes delays because it cannot read what you submit, & if you have pets, they want an invasive amount of information Including the vaccine records & pictures of the animal. You will spend $25 per pet application on top of your own fee as well as a $300 pet fee & $150 for each subsequent. Bailey will ask for you to make your security deposit on the property in order to receive the lease. Refuse to make a deposit until you see the lease first & read it thoroughly so they do not try to take your deposit. Regardless of what they say, they cannot just take your security deposit if you do not agree to the lease. Its actually illegal. You are allowed to refuse a lease, it is not your fault if they take the property off the market before you sign a lease & lose applicants. They should know better that it is not a done deal until you sign, if they lose other applicants due to their lack of communication & professionalism, its on them. Educate yourself before signing anything, and find a different person to manage your property. You'll have better chances of finding applicants.

Even one star is too good for her…read more Crystal was the listing agent on a property we purchased. She listed the property but failed to do her due diligence. The property was listed that it was connected to public sewage, however, we quickly found out after closing that it has a septic tank. That's a huge missed factor. That septic tank also happens to be failing along with its drain field, so we are forced to spend $20k+ on a completely new system. Also please be aware of the Sellers Disclosures she may include, it'll hold her harmless against any issues that should arise after closing (only protects her so much though).

Thankfully, my uncle is a realtor in a different state and he helped us find someone in Jacksonville that "fit" us. We wanted someone who was seasoned in real estate, has done handy work/renovations/repairs themselves that had an educated insight into things like that throughout their years of experience. Additionally, while we personally knew realtors, this wasn't something I wanted to do with someone I knew personally as I didn't want to tarnish any relationships through lack of satisfaction. Darrell is EXACTLY what we wanted. It didn't take him long to figure out exactly what we were looking for, even when we couldn't verbalize it because we didn't even know! We purchased in a heavy sellers market and he stayed on it! On top of it all, he was NOT pushy. He would encourage us to relax, think about it and ensure we aren't making an emotional decision. We initially thought "we're never going to get a house if were not making quick decisions" but little did we know he felt we didn't like the houses just yet, because as soon as we saw one we loved he gently said we need to jump IF we were ready, but again NEVER pressured us! I can't say enough wonderful things about Darrell. He made our process so smooth, even referred me to a mortgage broker when I wasn't happy with our initial option! This made the process even SMOOTHER because they did all the communicating with each other and just let me know when they needed stuff from us! Buying a home is never stress-free, but I'm so happy to say that Darrell helped to make our first experience as "stress-reduced" as possible! He even brought us and our "helpers" aka family dinner on the night we closed and moved in! THANK YOU!!!! I will be referring any and everyone to you that is in need a home!!!

When we first met with Jesse, he was incredibly personal and treated us just like family. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone in business who really seems to care, but Jesse took the time to truly get to know us and our family, and he shared about himself and his own family as well. He was also very thorough in explaining exactly how the entire sales process would work from start to finish, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was so nice to have someone like him working with us. It was a probate house that hadn't been updated in decades and needed an enormous amount of repair work--including a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, wallpaper and popcorn ceiling removal, full painting, and so much more. Jesse bought the house completely as-is, and we didn't have to do a single thing. He handled every problem as it came up and completely took care of solving all the issues throughout the entire purchasing process. From the very first day we met Jesse until the day we closed took less than 54 days total. In fact, once the probate process officially cleared, he closed the entire deal in less than a week. Jesse was always responsive, dealt with us with total honesty and fairness, and got us the very best price we could have hoped for. We highly recommend Jesse and his company to anyone looking for a hassle-free sale and a great price.

We asked Susan to show us a property we were interested in that was just listed. We needed to be first in line to see the listing because we were interested in making an offer. The place was listed for more than we were comfortable with paying. Susan did some research and contacted the owner. Using comparisons she was able to convince the owner to drop the price by almost $10,000.00. Once the price was adjusted we made an offer and it was accepted. Once it was accepted she was able to recommend the contractor who we ended up hiring to renovate our apartment he did a great job and was very reasonable. She was also able to get us a fairly substantial rebate from a government program for military families that we had no knowledge of. Susan was reliable, honest, well informed, and with us every step of the way on our purchase. I highly recommend Susan, she worked hard for us and I trust her implicitly.
