Someone spray painted white inside the vents to cover. As the other reviews say, no professional courtesy not taking responsibility for appliances broken and having leases that say you accept the rental "as is". Unethical, dishonest, and I have lived here 16 days. Believe the reviews. Does this look move in ready with a checklist that everything is working great?! It is now 83 degrees in the rental and the owner/Broker at Hover Girl said he is going to a wedding. He can't help. Update: The AC broke and spent the night in 87 degrees. They fixed a part but it's still 82 degrees. 20 days with black and green mold throughout the wet sink area, dishwasher area, and dragging their feet to do anything. Run away!
