I quickly shut him down and told him he should not have called. He rudely and unprofessionally responded, "You have to be the rudest person, I've ever met." His brief rant prompted me to confirm his phone number and take to Yelp, where it looks like across the board he has been characterized as rude and unprofessional. We can safely add, "Doesn't know FTC phone sales regulations."
