Brittany was our agent and, I can say without a doubt, she is one of the best in the business. She learned her clients' wants and needs, she chased down properties she thought we would love, made appts on the fly, was accessible (even while on vacation...bad girl), gave us direct advice and support, and worked effortlessly to find us our perfect home at the best price. The Brooks Group is a fully dedicated team. The moment we put in an offer on a home, Blakely jumped right in to assist and aid us through the entire rest of the process. She effortlessly would: chase down answers we needed, schedule dates for inspections and appraisals, check in with us to find more ways to help and was on top of everything. She and Brittany were our team all the way through to the end and we could not have been in better hands. Thank you to the entire Brooks Group! We know that you found us the perfect home and will do it for every one that you work with. We are so excited to move into our new home this week. And, if we should ever move, you will be the first people we call to help us with the next stage of our lives. Thank you!

Hes extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process and was able to offer me great advice to steer me in the best direction. He was very organized in terms of letting me know where we were at in the process and what needed to be done next. Buying a home is a huge investment in both time and money and at no point during my experience with Gary did i feel confused about what was going on or feel like i was making a decision without having all of the facts. I also appreciated that he gave his honest opinion at every home we toured. If he saw something that concerned him he pointed it out and if i had a concern about something he gave me his honest feedback whether it was something that would change my opinion about a home or not. With Gary i felt like i had someone who was trying to assist me in purchasing the home i wanted and not someone who was trying to get me to make a quick decision so he could move on to his next client. I know that i would not be in the home i am in right now without the experience and dedication that Gary with Harlow Realty Services brought to the table. If you are browsing through realtors right now online looking through what seems like an endless sea of names and faces STOP! You have just found the realtor that can provide you with the perfect home buying experience.

We truly believe they had our best interests at heart, and they worked really hard (even late at night) to ensure that we literally received everything we wanted. I had a bizarre schedule at the time, and both were extremely accommodating to seeing houses based on my schedule. Plus, I always had TONS of questions--which were never an issue for them! At one point they even found a house that had every single item on my "checklist", BUT, it still didn't feel right to me. When I rejected it they didn't even blink an eye, just hit the trail again! Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met. Jeanie and Ann are incredibly honest and trustworthy, they moved quickly, were very flexible with our sometimes rigid schedules and preferences, are excellent and fast communicators, and worked tirelessly to successfully find us the right home. We cannot imagine how anyone will regret having them as real estate agents. We are so thankful we found them!!
