I would not recommend Morgan Property Management based on my experience as a property owner…read more Throughout my time working with this company, there seemed to be mistakes at nearly every step. Communication was sloppy and inconsistent, maintenance issues were handled poorly, and I repeatedly had to follow up, clarify information, and correct problems that I expected a professional property management company to handle. What was especially disappointing was the level of professionalism in their communication. Both my tenant and I experienced interactions that I felt were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When concerns arose, I did not feel they were handled constructively or with the level of professionalism I would expect from a company entrusted with managing someone else's property and communicating with their tenant. Ultimately, the experience created significantly more work and stress for me rather than making property ownership easier. Based on my experience with their communication, attention to detail, maintenance coordination, and customer service, I would not use Morgan Property Management again and would not recommend them to other property owners.

I spoke with them many times before hand it was assured I would be able to go to them and look in the inside. When we arrived they had us go PICK UP the person that was supposed to show up the houses, then he took me to two that we weren't even ones I had asked to see, then took me to 2 that we could not even go into. So I paid for a trip to fly from Houston to Haiti to go see three houses and not one of them I was able to go inside of. They said they would send me videos and thought that was OK, if I just wanted to see videos I would not have wasted $800 in airfare to come down here and look at these houses not to mention paying a driver $80 to drive me around. He was just as frustrated and could not believe how this company was operated. We literally drove around for almost 3 hours and never got to see the inside of ANY of the houses I had requested. I am so furious right now. DO NOT USE THEM! Update: here is his copy:pasted response. He still doesn't get it. Why would I fly to Haiti if a virtual tour was all I needed?!?! Good morning Shelley, again I am sorry and take full responsibility for your disappointment. We always do our best to communicate with our clients throughout the process. Here is what we will do for you. For the house you could not see on Santo 9, once we have clearance from the occupants, we will schedule a virtual tour with you. Altidor will show you the house live on WhatsApp. Bear in mind that the house is unfinished & needs lots of upgrades. Thanks

The most active and dedicated Real Estate Agent I've ever worked with! THANK YOU MARIO!…read more I have bought and sold several houses over the years and worked with dozens of Real Estate Agents along the way. I can say that - without a doubt - Mario has proven to be the most proactive, involved and effective agent of them all. Most agents simply passively post your property on MLS and wait for buyers to come along...NOT Mario. In my most recent property sale, I had my condo on the market for 6 months with another agent with only a few showings and minimal activity. I then stumbled onto Mario and switched to give him a try. Mario immediately took charge and came up with a plan. He went to the property, made a few key physical improvements, listed and marketed the property and within 3 weeks I had an offer and we closed shortly thereafter. Mario's communication, even over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, was superb and, since I was living across the country from the property during the sale, he served as my eyes and ears locally. He was the consummate professional in my absence through the whole selling process. I CANNOT recommend Mario and his "Navy-to-Navy Homes" team enough. I would ABSOLUTELY work with the company again in the future and will personally recommend them to my friends and family.

My experience with N2N as a prospective tenant was the most stressful & upsetting experience I've…read moreever had with a rental company. You would think a company that markets to veterans would treat them better, but look at their reviews for their rental management. Excessive fees, a rude property manager, & lies throughout the process to get you to sign a lease quickly, not to mention almost trying to keep my deposit before I was ever furnished a lease when I changed my mind just hours later due to her unprofessional manners. For your application process/screening they use a third party service called "Findigs". The program is hard to navigate, uses AI to verify forms that causes delays because it cannot read what you submit, & if you have pets, they want an invasive amount of information Including the vaccine records & pictures of the animal. You will spend $25 per pet application on top of your own fee as well as a $300 pet fee & $150 for each subsequent. Bailey will ask for you to make your security deposit on the property in order to receive the lease. Refuse to make a deposit until you see the lease first & read it thoroughly so they do not try to take your deposit. Regardless of what they say, they cannot just take your security deposit if you do not agree to the lease. Its actually illegal. You are allowed to refuse a lease, it is not your fault if they take the property off the market before you sign a lease & lose applicants. They should know better that it is not a done deal until you sign, if they lose other applicants due to their lack of communication & professionalism, its on them. Educate yourself before signing anything, and find a different person to manage your property. You'll have better chances of finding applicants.

We just recently purchased our new home in Fernandina Beach, FL thanks to our realtor Christine…read moreHall from United Real Estate Gallery. We moved from S. Florida and were looking at houses in various areas in N.E. Florida. I originally contacted Christine through one of her listings that I saw on Zillow. Although that house wasn't the right fit for us, we ended up looking at more than 20 houses over a period of a few months because we wanted some very specific features and we just weren't able to find the perfect house. We finally found our perfect home and Christine was instrumental throughout the entire process. She consistently showed patience, knowledge of the local market, and a genuine commitment to our best interests. She would ask great questions to the sellers or their agent that I would have never thought to ask. There were a couple other things that really stuck out while working with Christine. The first thing was that she pointed out the all the negatives of a house which surprised us because I quickly realized that she was more interested in finding us the perfect house than making a quick commission. Her willingness to highlight the negatives of each property truly showed her commitment to ensuring our satisfaction. The second thing was that she never once tried to pressure us to buy any of the houses we saw. It was refreshing to work with someone who prioritizes finding the right home over making a quick sale. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable and has your best interest before their own, I highly recommend reaching out to Christine Hall and speaking with her regarding your needs whether you are planning to buy or sell a house.

As first-time homebuyers from out of town, there were many things that were entirely new to us, and Erin did a great job of walking us through everything we needed to do and when we need to have it done by. Further, as the type of person who likes to plan things out, and who can react poorly to unexpected negative events, Erin did a very good job of talking me off the ledge at times and explaining the various possible eventualities. Everything (document reviews and signings, etc.) was done electronically, with a minimum of fuss. Erin also recommended all the various inspectors and such required, who were all very good, and took responsibility for being at the house when needed. As it turned out, the sellers had made misrepresentations on some of their disclosures, and the sellers' agents were either incompetent or dishonest (Watson Realty - be warned!). But Erin was helpful in advising us on how to make sure they lived up to their obligations, even when they were resistant or delaying in fulfilling their responsibilities. Erin is now helping my mom buy a home in Jacksonville so she can be closer to us, and has again shown how good he is at his job and how personable he is. She is really excited about her new home, and I can't recommend him enough.

The house had its challenges, mostly due to age (it was built in 1953), and the buyer's inspection reports flagged a lot of expensive work that they asked us to do before closing. Jeff gave us very good advice from start to finish, recommending a realistic (but by no means low-ball) asking price, negotiating a low-cost compromise with the buyer, and finding someone to do the necessary repairs on short notice, without delaying the closing. Jeff is very personable, completely honest, and he and his team worked very hard to sell our house on the best possible terms. In short, we highly recommend Jeff and RocknHomes.
