The owners that I met are absolutely amazing ,they take complete care of each of your needs and as long as you are respectful of their properties then it's like it's your own condo not as if you are renting for a week or a month I only rent for months at a time & I now adore the young lady owner she is absolutely amazing!!! She is kind and sweet but yet determined to make sure your stay is great and if you have an issue she handles it right then and there not days later . Anyways let's get into the condo , it is absolutely an amazing location I mean you've got everything you need blocks away the beach and steps away and they have a pool that is always clean and not nasty , ok so let's talk about the inside , the inside is perfect for a small family of 4 and a dog or cat but not more than 4 people ! The condo came with everything you need from a coffee maker to ice trays and towels and extra sheets and great pillows ! Only thing missing was an ice cream scooper lol ( joke) I have no complaints . I enjoyed the whole month in a week I stayed there & my kids loved it ! I made a new friend and have the perfect spot to go to when I need an escape!

But due to a technical error, you are canceled." I'm like if it's a technical error, why are you telling me about people dying? While the property itself is beautiful and the woman who checked us in was warm and welcoming, our stay unfortunately ended on a very negative note. We had to check out at 3:40 a.m. for an early flight and went to bed early. The room next door was hosting a loud party with multiple people, and we could clearly hear laughing and shouting through the walls. Just after midnight, I called the front desk and explained that we had an early flight and couldn't sleep due to the noise. Brittany assured me she would send security. However, the noise continued without any change, and it never sounded as though security approached the room. At 12:53 a.m., when the noise grew even louder, I called again. This time I was told that security "did not believe it was a disturbance." At that point, I genuinely felt as though the resort was prioritizing the enjoyment of the party next door over our ability to rest--despite a clear request for assistance and the fact that we needed to be up in just three hours for a cross-country flight. I again explained what we were hearing and asked that someone please address the issue. Finally, at 1:04 a.m., security broke up the party. By then, it was extremely difficult to fall asleep before our 3:00 a.m. alarm, leaving us exhausted for a long travel day. When we checked out this morning, the front desk associate Effrain printed our receipt but did not ask how our stay was or thank us for visiting. When I mentioned this, he stated that it was "early in the morning" for him. I explained the situation from the night before, and he replied that he didn't know anything about it but could "write it in a report." When we asked how to contact a manager, he said we could email but did not have an email address to provide, stating that he had only been there three months. We came to Ponte Vedra to attend my company's executive Christmas party and hoped for a relaxing weekend. While the resort is undeniably beautiful, the lack of responsiveness to a legitimate noise disturbance--combined with dismissive customer service at checkout--left us extremely disappointed, especially at this price point. We truly wish our experience had matched the reputation and cost of the resort.

Due to our initial fumble with the large dominant firm, we missed the peak rental season, but the Nottingham women rolled up their sleeves and went to work, giving us every confidence that we were in the right hands. I have been in commercial real estate for over 20 years, and I have worked across the globe on multi-million dollar transactions, and I swear these women can go toe to toe with the biggest, brightest and best out there. Communication was seamless and consistent between Tracy, Susan, my husband and myself which was critical given we live 1200 miles away from PVB, although they'd deliver the same customer service even if we lived in the PVB zip code. If you want a professional hard-working team who is schooled on the market and will take care of their clientele, then you want Nottingham Realty & Rentals. Hoping to finish our vacation we agreed to be moved to a different condo that was disgusting. We checked out after one night and drove for 10 hours home on Christmas Day. After 3 weeks we finally received our luggage we left to be treated in terrible condition. We did receive a partial refund when we had hoped to stay but nothing beyond that. Now we are out 1000 dollars, a set of luggage and scars from bed bug bites. Do not rent from this company or Vtrips.

Upon further investigation, my VRBO host had not canceled my trip. I also called the phone number back that had called me claiming they were VRBO, and it was Distinctive Beach Rentals. They were trying to scam us into making a booking through them.

Electric garage door wouldn't work. 2 empty propane tanks. If you plan on cooking- there are no spices- not even salt and pepper. Well stocked kitchen but NO extras. I'm pretty sure the spare bedroom bed is a full not a queen and the other spare bedroom twins seem very small. On the bright side- VTrips acknowleged all my issues and fixed , corrected them all. But I was tied to the house for the first week(s) waiting for maintenance to arrive. My issue is- why did this have to happen in the first place? I'm pretty sure this house is not used as a long term rental- maybe 1-2 weeks at best. Guests arrive and are in and out- probably eating out most meals. I have attempted to write a review on this home directly on the VTrips homepage but I can't. After calling to question this I was told that I was sent a survey early on in my stay. I never received such a survey and I have every email exchange from day 1. Finally- yes VTrips did replace/fix all the issues listed. But- why did I have to deal with all of this upon my arrival?

The windows could not be opened to enjoy the breeze. VTrips advertised this property as "beach view" and "full view." All we could see thru dense foliage and high sand dunes was a sliver of ocean, no beach, no waves, mostly dunes. The hike to the beach was several hundred yards thru sand spurs and sand dunes that forced us to climb several feet. Back inside the rental, the TV was broken. The sleeper sofa had no linens. The main bed frame was damaged, their was only a mattress on top of a cheap frame that swayed under our weight, squealed each time we moved on the mattress. Extremely unstable and unsafe as I felt the frame shifting under me when I sat on the bed. After 2 sleepless nights, we scrapped the vacation and headed home. VTrips did a poor job with follow up and made us feel as if these issues were our fault. They denied my request for a refund for the 3 nights we missed. They were unapologetic. DO NOT rent from VTrips. VRBO needs to drop them. Renter beware.

It is not very comfy. I would stay here again, but not with my husband(because of the bed). Becky always has fresh baked muffins and or doughnuts(from the store) at the front door or in the kitchen, ready for you to enjoy. I Love love love this place. The land around the area is so peaceful, you might even see a few wild bunny rabbits running around. Becky is very good with communications and making sure your every need is taken care of. Came down to Jacksonville Beach with my KY family and had one of those days that somehow turns into…read morea full on memory whether you planned it or not. First off, the free parking deserves its own standing ovation. Pull in, park, no stress, no drama, no circling like you are hunting for buried treasure. That alone already put everyone in a good mood. But the real star of the day was the ocean. The Atlantic Ocean was doing its thing like it always does, loud, endless, and a little dramatic in the best way. The waves would roll in all calm and pretty, and then suddenly act like they had something to prove when they hit the shore. My family spent half the time just watching the water like it was a live show we all agreed to attend. The kids were running in and out of the surf like the ocean was a game level they were trying to beat. Meanwhile the adults were pretending to be chill but really just trying not to get knocked over by surprise waves or lose a sandal to the sea forever. There was something about standing there with salt air, wind blowing, and that huge stretch of ocean in front of us that made everything feel simple in the best way. No schedules, no rush, just waves, laughs, and somebody always saying "don't go too far!" We ate, we laughed, we got sandy in places we will not discuss in public, and we loved every minute of it. Five stars. Great KY family day, perfect Atlantic Ocean views, and free parking that should honestly be illegal for how convenient it was.

There was a brunch haus for a Sunday brunch, then beach venture to see what Jax Beach has to offer. Since it was November, it was very relaxed and less than people since it was cooler. Loved the calmness of hearing the waves roll in, and enjoyed dipping my feet in for a bit. Parking was very reasonably priced, and easy to pay via mobile phone. Loved the ease to park, pay, and enjoy the beach vibes.
