This company is a complete SCAM! I booked through VRBO, they were the property manager for a property in Wisconsin Dells. They cancelled my booking 2 days before my trip. They did the same for my friend. Luckily we were able to find other lodging. The only reason I am giving them even 1 star is because I got a refund. I'm not sure what their scam is, but DO NOT book with this company.....ever! VRBO should remove all of their bookings. They cancelled our 6-day St. Thomas trip 48 hours before we were set to arrive, with some bs examples of reasons why the trip may have been cancelled - the company might have been sold, owner died - all hypotethical reasons without providing the real reason: they never verified the booking and likely double/triple booked. Their customer service is horrendous and they suffer no repercussions because you can only rate on VRBO after your stay, which they cancel as they wish. Do NOT rent from this horrible company - they are simply scamming you. My reservation was VRBO 36081406 in case the responder wants to pretend he can't find the reservation, like he says for other reviews. I spoke with Charity at their customer service center, and she was absolutely useless despite being the manager. This company is a complete joke and I will be looking to pursue legal action as a NYC attorney. Do not use V Trips. If you have an issue it will not he handled. We were under the impression that we had booked directly through VRBO. The property was listed on their site but V Trips/Vacation Rental Pros somehow became the company we were dealing with. We're unable to leave reviews for the property itself because it cannot be found on the site we originally booked through. We stayed 5 nights in 1774 St Andrew's Common, Hilton Head, SC in May 2019. The condo looks nice. It is very small but decorated and inviting. However the bed is at least 20 years old and was so soft it caused me a back injury. Management was alerted to the issue the first night. The second day, maintenance arrived, and some boards "from a shelf in the office" were placed under the faulty mattress in an effort to solve the issue that the mattress itself was causing. This of course this did nothing to solve the problem. He told us that the mattress was clearly not up to their standards and the owner would need to replace it to keep renting it out, which did not occur during our stay. I was offered a cot. Not switched to another unit even with 4 remaining nights left to our stay. Management was aware that for the rest of our stay I was sleeping on the floor next to the king size bed. Management was absolutely no help. We requested a beach wheelchair which we called around and found at a pharmacy that was available to rent for $130 for the week in hopes that I could still enjoy the activities we had planned. They also refused to do that. So not only was I not able to sleep, but I wasn't able do much of what we had planned for our vacation. In the end, a week after checkout, we were offered 50 dollars compensation for our trouble. So approximately a 6% discount for the awful experience that could have been avoided simply by changing us to another unit with a newer bed and without strict AC controls.  It was listed nowhere in our booking info that the AC is programmed to not be set below 73 degrees. When the maintenance man was adding boards to the bed he set thermostat to go to 71. Afterward it would randomly turn off as if someone was using an app or remote to control the thermostat in the unit. There were no ceiling fans and the heat and humidity of the area without being allowed to use the *advertised* air conditioning at night, along with the nightmare sleeping situation made for 5 nights of awful sleep.  The water had a sulfuric odor and the shower curtain was slimy and black. Charged cleaning fee but unit was not very clean upon our arrival. The plastic patio furniture was cheap and very old. A previous guest wrote a review mentioning the condition of the patio furniture and v trips responded with a lie and said it would be handled. But when we stayed there months later it was still the same furniture they claimed to have replaced. Now that I've seen more reviews online since our stay, I can see that the issue is with V Trips (Vacation Rental Pros) and not necessarily the property owners. I can also see how fortunate I was compared to other people's horriffic experiences.  Hilton Head is an incredible place to visit, but I will not be booking with V trips in the future. read more

Booked a 2-week Maui condo rental through Vtrips for April, 2020. Then Covid pandemic hit. Airlines cancelled flight and State of Hawaii initiated a 14-day quarantine (extended -6/30/20) for all visitors. Called Vtrips and asked for refund as neither party could perform under the rental contract. Vtrips declined a refund but offered to change rental term to future date. I declined offer as Vtrips own contract Cancellation policy does not allow them to change the dates of the rental term. I paid Vtrips $4500 for the rental and they stated they are keeping 100% of that sum. Since I had rented the condo 2-3 times previously I contacted the condo owner on 5/20 and he stated he had not received a dime from Vtrips although trip had been paid in full by 3/21/20 BEWARE! The following problems existed the day we checked into 6400 Estero in Ft Myers Beach: Toilet gushed water onto floor with first flush. Heat did not work and the temp in unit was 63 degrees. Internet did not work, it was the building internet, we were on 11th floor, so no signal. 6 lightbulbs out. Lazy Susan in cupboard broken off it's center, quite a balancing act. Was given wrong access codes to lobby and unit. Was never informed we needed keys for the pool. Furniture old and worn and stained. Carpeting stained and gross! We were able to get the toilet replaced due to liability of water leaking to floors below us. Complained numerous times about the internet to a manager. Nothing was resolved or fixed! Had to spend an additional $110 of our own for WiFi connection. This unit should have been in good working order before we got there. VRP has no accountability and never asked for a survey after our stay!, Will not deal with VACATION RENTAL PROS AGAIN! Caused us a lot of stress and frustration! read more

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Vacation Rental Pros. We had last minute changes to our vacation plans and found ourself needing a place to stay last minute. We were in contact with several staff member from VRP regarding a property we were interested in. We confirmed that we would like this property and asked that they send over the contract. They replied back that they would "take care of it". Like I said, this was all last minute. I checked back later in the day as the contract was not sent over just to find out that the lady who responded to my email was actually off work that day and never let anyone know in the office that we wanted to book the property or let us know that we would need to contact someone in the office to book and instead in these 3 hours it was booked out to someone else. After I called someone in the office they basically said "oops and said they would email me with other options but we never heard a peep from them again." So here we are - last minute again looking for a place to stay. If I could give 0 stars for professionalism I definitely would. Address booking : Estero Island Beach Villas 204 condo. UPDATE : the story gets better, 3 days later this company reached out to me (after not hearing anything from them) saying that the place was reserved as ours and they would be calling me for my credit card information. In March 2019, I booked a condo in Maui for Sept 2019. Maui Rental Group/Vtrips cancelled our stay literally the day upon our arrival. We, including one pregnant woman, walked into the condo to the beds flipped over & it seemed to look like a robbery took place. After many attempted calls, we find out that the condo was infested with bedbugs & the company said there was nothing they could do for us, except cancel & provide a refund. We landed in the evening & they did not have a place to stay for us, so we had to manage that on our own. To make matters worse, we planned this trip with a group of about 21 people and I personally handpicked each listing to book (through different rental agencies) to ensure we had 3 condos literally next to each other (same property, same building, same floor, side by side). We were forced to stay on the complete opposite end of the island in a 2 star hotel room. The room was 200 sq ft & had geckos running around, so we had to switch rooms. We were forced to pay the high resort fees, when we did not even utilize a single thing there. We were also forced to find a new rental, at a higher cost, since it was now considered a last minute booking. The company has not only given me the run around, but blatantly ignore or hang up on on my calls, emails, messages, etc. There were times it took up to 21 days to get a response. The initial emails I sent out to remedy this situation was sent Oct 2, Nov 20, and Dec 10. Each one was ignored my Maui Rental Group. On Dec 11, over 2 & a half months since my first email, I finally get a response from their parent company, Vtrips. Because of the inaction by the company, I decided to dispute this with my bank. Since the first payments were back in March/June, I was only able to file on the last payment submitted, hoping the result of that would at least lead to the rightful full refund. My wife and I purchased a Beach Front condo stay in Indian Shores Florida through V-Trips on April 19th 2019. Check-in Wed May 1 - thru Sat May 11. V-Trips emailed us instructions to access the unit "Shore Haven Unit 5A". We were excited & looking forward to our stay. On May 1st, we left San Diego at 5:45am PST and arrived in Tampa at 4:15pm EST. Got our Rent-a-car and drove to Indian Shores. After hauling our luggage up to the unit, we unlocked the door and entered the apartment. * Once we open the door we found the entire tile floor was covered w/ dead bugs, the rug to the right was also covered with pieces of tissue paper & gummy bears. The sofa was all tossed up with the cushions thrown all over the place, one of the large cushion was thorn, we could see the yellow foam. Our first thought was that someone had come in & vandalized the place. I called the V-Trip office to tell them of the condition of the unit. As I was walking on the floor, the sole of my shoes were sticking to the tile. V-Trip customer service said that a manager would call us back right away. My wife ventured into the kitchen where there was a dirty blackened rag & a dirty worn-out sponge on the counter next to the sync. Cooktop was sticky & dirty with oil; the pots & pans in the cabinets were dirty as well as the plates & the silverware in the cabinets & draws; the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Still waiting for a call back, my wife took a look at the bedroom & the bed cover was just thrown over the bed; when she pulled the cover, she could smell the body odor from the previous guest & saw hair on the sheet. The bathroom was a disaster, the mirrors were dirty. No toilet paper, no soap, dirty wet damped towels. *30 minutes had gone by & no call back, so I called again & ask that we be move to another condo that we could not wait all night for a call back. I was told that V-Trips was completely booked w/ no vacancies. I ask that they put us in a hotel and they said they had no Credit Cards available; I asked if I could pay for it myself & be reimbursed, I was told that they could not approve that. I ask to speak to a manager, I was told that none were available but that urgent messages had been sent to both the local Manager Michelle & the Customer Service Manager Janine & that one of them will call us back right away with a solution & not to worry. *Another 30 minutes had gone by and no calls, I called back & requested for housekeeping to come & clean the unit, I was told that the Local Manager would be the only to dispatch housekeeping, that they were trying or waiting to hear back from Michelle the local supervisor in charge of everything in the Tampa/St Pete areas. Again I asked for a replacement condo, she put me on hold for 10minutes when she came back to the line, she offered 2 units which looked like a Motel 8 style no where near the beach. I said no to these options & requested an upgrade...the customer service person did not have the authority to do this. Comes Tony, a manager. He said that he heard about our issues & he authorized us to go to Walmart to purchase Sheets, Cleaning supplies, toilet paper...he said that someone will be there first thing in the morning to "clean, make it right" & that he was sending an urgent message to the Local Manager Michelle Owens & copy her boss Janine Cates; he also ask that I email copies of the receipts for reimbursement. It was 9:11 PM, when we left to go to Walmart. *Upon our return at 11:00pm, we started to put the sheet on the Master Bedroom Bed we noticed that the bed was tilting, when I looked underneath, one of the wheels was missing from the bed frame. Underneath was insanely dirty, there was a child's sandal. I could go on and on...but basically, it was not until the evening of Fri May the 3rd, that V-trips sent a housekeeping person to clean & get the bed frame replaced. When I spoke to Janice Cates on Friday the 3rd, I was ready to leave & go somewhere else, she said that we would forfeit all our moneys paid for the condo. During this entire ordeal, the worst insult was when we ask for amends, Janine said that since the unit was in "livable conditions" meaning that the AC worked & there was running water V-Trips didn't have to compensate us in any way & that it wasn't her issue that the unit wasn't cleaned to "our standards". Later we found out that they did not clean after the last guest. 1.Dirty Apartment, bugs all over floors 2.Sticky counter tops & floors 3.Windows so dirty on the inside that you could not see the beach & sunsets 4.Vertical blinds broken in Bedroom to keep light out & have privacy 5.Kitchen counter tops nasty, dirty dishes, dishwasher full of dirty dishes, microwave had red sauce splattered all over the inside 6.Broken bed frame, dirty sheet, dirty towels, condo was not cleaned before our arrival 7.Refusal of management to call us upon our arrival to resolve issues read more

This company is a scam. 48 hours before our Wisconsin Dells vacation we received a message from our host Christian (who when we asked to speak to was told wasn't available and didn't have voicemail-think it's a fake person, we will let airbnb know) saying that our vacation would have to be shortened by a day due to the condo owner not communicating and using the excuse that sometimes condo owners "pass away or sell their unit without telling us". They said they would search for a place for us for our last night but kept insisting we accept the new (shorter) dates. When we finally accepted we almost immediately got a phone call confirming. Turns out Christian is not the host as advertised on airbnb it is resort rental pros supposedly based in Lilburn, GA. When we asked for the management company to pay for our last night they refused. Can understand why their BBB rating is 1.5 and why they have so many negative Yelp reviews. Vacation is ruined before we even left. Would have booked another place if we would have been known we were being scammed by a fraudulent company. I have further suspicions that "Christian" is a fake owner/host. I rented a cabin in the Smoky Mountains through "cabin fever vacations" and had my contract with Vacation Rental Pros. I booked online about 8 weeks ahead and didn't think much about it. As the date of our vacation came near, I started to have the usual pre-vacation jitters and about freaked when I read these reviews. I was convinced I would walk into a shack on the side of a mountain or be taken for a loop or have some other catastrophe. I called a couple times to confirm payment and VRP assured me All was well and everything was set. Luckily, I uploaded the VRP app on my phone. It gave direct directions to the cabin which had keyless entry. We arrived about 5pm (check in was 3pm) and I was able to get right into the cabin. Gorgeous cabin with an even more gorgeous view! Very pleased. Everything went perfectly. We had a couple small things that we will remember for next time including bringing a couple basic cleaning supplies like trash bags. We only had one bag in the unit. We also lost power mid-stay due to extreme wind. It was about 1am and had a very annoying beep keep us awake for the 90 minutes the power was out. It was from the ADT security system, which kept notifying us it was running on battery. We tried to override but it still beeped. Not a big deal but realized a flashlight would have come in handy! Overall, very pleased with VRP and our cabin. It appears many of the bad reviews are in Florida so I wonder if location makes a big difference in quality of unit. read more

"The Bohemian" June 17-25, 2016. This was our fourth rental, all houses, via VRP; we are batting .500. The trick when booking through VRP is to do thorough research when choosing the rental home (probably not as critical when renting a condo). Read the reviews. If something is not specifically described call and ask, for example: the first home we rented had a footpath that led through the dune lines to the beach. The path was overgrown, had thorny vines, and some really scary, prehistoric spiders lying in wait every morning on newly spun webs. The kids were terrified to go to the beach. The description was "direct beach access". I assumed a walkover; my bad. That house was not in very good shape, and the air con was inadequate, but we booked late and it was relatively inexpensive. Our next two rentals were great. We spent quite a bit more and rented newer nicer homes. We still had some minor issues and learned very quickly to just fix them ourselves rather than aggravating ourselves trying to get anything done through the VRP maintenance desk. This last rental we booked late, but it was pricey. We new it was across the street from beach access. The house looked older in the photos, it jad a pool, and the puckings were slim so we moved forward. Here is the key issue: VRP has a near monopoly on the St Aug-Crescent beach vacation rental market and the houses are constantly rented. This begats two results: 1 - they are too big to truly care about one renter 2 - they have far too many homes to properly service. When something breaks down good luck getting it fixed. When we checked in to the Bohemian on a Saturday we noticed right away: - Roaches (little ones) and flying ants - The fridge was struggling, and freezer not freezing - The pool was filled with leaves and debris, and the filter was not coning on - Pool furniture was broken and filthy - Patio furniture was in disrepair - No clothes hangers: None. I alerted VRP over the phone and was told that they would see when they could get aomeone out there. Pest Control and pool people came Monday. Refrigerator guy came Wednesday and had to order a part. It got fixed Thursday. By Friday the freezer bags had thawed again. So, if you do rent from VRP and have issues call them, use the reporting function on the app tbat they insist you use, and teport via both the maintenance and customer service function. Call back until you find someone that will actually get something done. When i asked the fridge guy why so long to get there he said "i have a full time job man", this was his side job. I have to say that by the end of the week the issues put me over the edge and i am not proud of some of the phone conversations i had. On Saturday morning after we cleared out the house ( Oh, the dryer stopped working on Friday) i walked outside and noticed a guy sitting in a pick up. When i walked over he asked if i was the tenant. When i responded he said "you were supposed to be out at 10:00am. I looked at my watch; it was 10:03am. I asked why he was there to which he replied "I am here to fix the screen door". The f'ing screen door. That was the priority issue. If you want a house at St Aug beach you are pretty much going to have to use VRP. Choose wisely. read more

To all those who provided comments from others (except Elaine who I feel was either extremely lucky - or on owner/employee) ... I feel your pain and wished I had read your comments before we booked! As soon as the charge card was credited w/ our dep for the house at 16 Bluefish in St Augustine We knew it was a mistake. There isn't one knowledgeable person on staff with any follow skills to answer and questions. There are too many examples to list, but one of the best is they say a code is going to be sent for access to keys a week ahead and You have to call two days before arrival AND they make you download an app to get it?!? The house: 1) water view - ridiculous over exaggeration. There is one spot on in the extreme left corner of the deck where if your tall enough you can see water. 2) the 4th bedroom is a twin bed put in the middle of the laundry room?! When you shut the sliding doors it's like a wind tunnel. 3)The sheets on both beds on entry level were dirty (hair all over them, wrinkled ... Obviously not washed. We called first night to report the problem and no one ever called us back 4) kitchen - over 1/2 the knifes in the block were completely rusted, there was one wine glass for a house rated for 10 guests. The coffee pot was rinsed -possibly - but not clean. After we put everything in the dish washer and removed it .. It was sparkling We loved St Augustine but would never again book from VRP. We've rented from many cos on Cape Cod, OBX, Kissimmee and other FL vaca spots ... They are the worst rental company ever read more

They require you to pay the entire amount in full when reserving, then will cancel within a week of your arrival stating "the owner has not responded and could have died or sold the condo." They will refund you, but you are stuck without a reservation. They are basically using your money until they are forced to return it then move on to someone else's money. My family and I rented Heaven's View cabin in Gatlinburg TN. We were disappointed with our stay. The only positive that comes to mind is the cabin was clean. All of the mattresses seemed like they were the cheapest option and were uncomfortable. The upstairs stayed too warm even with the air conditioning set at the lowest allowed temperature. The wifi didn't work the entire trip. We called multiple times before someone finally came out to fix the wifi. It worked for less than 5 minutes after they left. We called again and never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend either this cabin or this company to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg. read more

I booked it, but when I got my confirmation email, the price I was charged was nearly 50% per night higher than what was advertised here. I tried for a day and a half to get a response from VacationRentalPros' local office in Hilton Head, but they wouldn't return my calls or emails. (Several times as I was waiting for a response, they DID send me email reminders asking me to hurry up and sign & return the contract they had sent.) Finally I got in touch with their corporate office in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. After waiting most of the day for an answer and speaking to Clarese, Max and Lindsay, they acknowledged that VRBO had listed the property at an incorrect rate. However, when I asked VacationRentalPros to honor the price that I had been shown, they said they were unable to do it. The best they would offer was to waive the resort fee, but the total amount would still be over $150 more than the total amount I had originally agreed to. By refusing to honor the rate that VRBO had offered me, VacationRentalPros made VRBO's software glitch MY problem. And while it was a friendly gesture to offer to waive the resort fee (which, by the way, was also higher than what the fine print on their contract said it should be), I still would have been paying nearly $40/day extra that I would be using to entertain my kids on their vacation. Now I am starting over on my family's vacation plans because of a glitch on VRBO's site and VacationRentalPros' unwillingness to do what it took to make their customer happy. (And... for the record... in keeping with VRBO's rules for leaving reviews, I am not disclosing the actual amounts that I was quoted. However, this was not one of these glitches like where an airline website offers roundtrip tickets to Paris for $2.00 or something ridiculous. The price I was quoted was a great bargain for me, but it was still within the bounds of a reasonable nightly rate for a comparable vacation property.) So... I highly recommend avoiding any rental property that is offered by VacationRentalPros. The price you see may or may not be the price you'll end up paying, and if it's higher... tough luck. read more

We made reservations through VRBO(Resort Rental Pros) for a 1 bdrm. Condo in Flagstaff. I received a text yesterday saying they could upgrade us to a 2 bdrm. Unit but I didn't read the entire text stating that it was in Sedona! 1 hour away from where we needed to be in Flagstaff. I typed "accept" and they changed my reservation. No phone call from an agent to confirm. I received an email this morning stating it was in Sedona! I called immediately asking them to change or cancel the reservation, they wouldn't cancel my reservation. I spoke with several agents and they were very unprofessional! Wyndham needs to RE think who they're using for property management because it doesn't reflect well on their name! read more

Vacation Rental Pros was the property manager for a condo I recently purchased in St Augustine Beach. I agreed to honor previous bookings which meant that Vacation Rental Pros would be managing the condo for some 30 days after purchase and prior to a major renovation. During that period I was charged $60 for washing a very old bedspread, $40 for a "touch up" after an owner stay?, $30 tO change light bulbs and $15 for delivering a coffee maker. After complaining, they removed the washing charge.I guess I wonder how many of these charges would be incurred over the course of a year. I have another condo managed by Coastal Realty, and have never received these type of charges. After the renovation was complete, I did not choose Vacation Rental Pros to manage the property. read more

Stay away. My family and I stayed at the "Harmony Beach" location. First, we were told that the owner wanted to have some work done to the place and we needed to be present to let the worker inside. We waited all day and no one showed up, which wasted our day. Second, and more importantly, The place was infested with roaches and bed bugs. We called to have an exterminator come to the place and when he got there he said he would spray but it won't help because they will continue to come up through the holes in the floor. He sprayed, and the very same night my mother woke up to a roach on her leg which bit her. She got up and sat at the kitchen table and within an hour another roach crawled across her hand. She was also bitten by a bed bug, which we have pictures of all the bites and the bugs. We contacted the company multiple times to move to another home or be reimbursed for our stay. They agreed to move us to a new location, and after packing all of our stuff up we received another call saying that the new place doesn't have power. They said they would reimburse us for part of our stay, but won't reimburse us for the days wasted waiting for their maintenance man to come, and for wasting our day having to pack up and move just to find out there wasn't another place to move to. We have been trying to get a hold of someone in the office to rectify this and it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to help. Do not use this company ever. read more

We have a had a horrendous experience with this rental company they did not service our air conditioner which broke due to not being maintained . The lines weren't flushed. We to have it repaired it broke again all because they had not serviced it and we lost $55,000 in income this summer! Never use them read more

"Steve" M, you obviously weren't involved in this dispute. I tried calling numerous times within hours of the changes you made to my reservation (moving our condo from Flagstaff to Sedona). You must not be familiar with the area! Your business WOULD NOT cancel my reservation. I spoke with "Charmaine" (a "manager") several times and she would not help either! Your business has a few issues with customer service! I'm not the only unsatisfied customer! Read your reviews! I'm surprised VRBO lets you work under their name as a third party! You should also take a look at your BBB reviews! You have been reported for negative service there as well by myself and many others.... read more

I rented a condo for a week.. I called customer service and the hirl was very nice she explain to me how i wouls get the keys and so on. I printed the instructions on how to get the keys and information about the property. When i got to St Augustine we went to the office it was close , we follow the instructions and got the keys. When i got to tbe condo it was exactly like the photo in the website. I was very happy I woukd rent again. read more

We booked a trip using Vacation Rental Pros to Cinnamon Beach, Florida (near St. Augustine) for four families to stay in a large home near the beach. Due to restrictions from the Corona Virus, we were not allowed to stay at the property. Due to Executive Orders by the Florida Governor it would have been illegal for us to stay there. We also purchased insurance through the Vacation Rental Pros website in case there were any issues. The insurance company refuses to pay the claim and Vacation Rental Pros has offered a 50% refund. We've sent many emails and called the company numerous times. We've been told a manager will call us back, but it will take several weeks. We've been given the runaround each time we've called and I've recorded all of our telephone conversations. I'm hoping to hear back from the company soon so I don't have to get our lawyer involved. Do not rent from them! Do not pay to get the insurance from the company they recommend. read more

STAY AWAY !!!!!! AWFUL!!!!! This was our first rental with them and it will definitely be our last. This place uses deceitful advertising and fraud for their properties. No one should rent from these people. How are they still in business? We rented a home 2 blocks from the beach and it was definitely not as advertised. It was all a lie.The hot tub didn't work and neither did the fireplace. It was dirty and I had to clean it before we could stay. The beds are almost on the floor, uncomfortable, and the bedding doesn't fit. BUT, the worst nightmare was yet to come. TWICE while we were there for 3 months, the electric company turned our power off for nonpayment of the electric bill. NOONE WANTED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. It took hours to get it turned back on and they weren't nice about it. RENTER beware. Research before you book through these people. Customer Service and Management are arrogant and incompetent. Stay away! Bait and switch all the way! My wife booked 622 Cinnamon Beach for our family vacation. Once the rental agreement was signed and deposit was made a representative sent an email advising that they needed to increase the rental cost by $800 or they can find us another unit. Nothing similar to our original rental or the price point. No thank you VRP...I know a scam when I see one. Still waiting on refund from this company. Not holding my breath on that one. Needless to say, I believe this company is completely fraudulent. PS, per their rental agreement, they have a clause to increase the price at anytime even after agreement is signed. I can easily see them waiting until a day before your much anticipated vacation to increase your rental costs thinking they have you locked in and make a quick profit. Buyer beware! read more
