He said we are looking at a wait time of 4-5 weeks but he will do his best to expedite it. And just like that, he worked his magic behind the scene and they were ready to put on a new roof for me in one week!! The team showed up on a Thursday morning and finished the entire roof project by Friday night. Dan Essay the project supervisor is on site for the entire two days and even showed up on a 3rd day to walk around the property to make sure there is no loose ends. He went out of his way to beg the dumpster company to come on a weekend. He is the most professional, experienced roofer, and a great genuine communicator. Everyone is super skilled, efficient, and very detail-oriented and thorough. They did a bang up job and cleaned up so thoroughly. This company is a dream! Definitely worth the money. I was surprised to see that the ratings were much lower on yelp. I proceeded anyways because I was already on the phone as I was reading the reviews here. They got Mike, the owner next day to provide a quote. There was some slight mis communication with the timing but regardless he inspected my roof for about 10-15 minutes and emailed me over the quote at night. Overall the price quoted was reasonable, I did not move forward with O'lyn Roofing but I did appreciate them making the quote process easy and painless. I have gotten quotes from 2 other companies and they would make me sit through 60-90min presentation before just giving me a number. In one case I cut them off at 30min and they left without giving me a quote, instead insisted to reschedule another 30min to talk. No one have time for all that! Mike seems like a decent guy, straight to the point based on my short interactions with him and the quote process. Although I did not move forward with them for this particular project, I will keep them in mind if anything changes or if any other projects come up down the line.

When I called the office, they told me the results had been ready since the previous day, but the technician never followed up. They emailed the report, which showed elevated mold levels in several rooms. I reached out to the technician, who apologized and said he had been busy. We scheduled a time for him to return the following Monday to inspect the affected areas and provide a remediation quote. He didn't show up. When I called, he said he had forgotten to notify the office about our appointment, so he wasn't reminded. We rescheduled for the next day, and he did come, identified the mold source, and sent a quote promptly. The quote, however, lacked detail, listed two different total prices, and didn't clearly explain the scope of work. After discussing it, he agreed to revise the pricing and add the missing details. The updated quote arrived, but nothing had been corrected. When I contacted him again, he said they had accidentally sent the old version and would revise it, but they were "swamped." I never heard back. I then contacted All Dry Services of South Shore & Cape Cod. They inspected the property, provided an extremely detailed quote, and completed the remediation today. Their team was professional, thorough, and personable. The work was done cleanly, and the area was left properly sealed with negative air pressure. I feel confident the mold issue has been resolved. I have air-quality testing scheduled for tomorrow, and if anything shows up, they will return--but based on the quality of their work, I doubt that will be necessary.
