Got home and it was cut 28"x48" and 20"x48" So I'm irritated and thought I should call the store and let them know so they'll be more careful. I call and Steve tells me to bring it back and they'll recut. Well I'm near an hours drive from them, and I can recut myself. BUT THATS NOT THE POINT. So, I needed to grab tile elsewhere last minute for the contractor to stay on date. Yet, that is not why there is a two star review. It's because they have kept our money without a refund for well over a month! I keep having to email and call and still no movement. When this happened at other tile companies for the same project, they refunded the money the very same day. Something to keep in mind if you choose to use them.

Recently, I went to several landscape suppliers looking for decretive gravel for my yard (MDI,…read morePioneer, We Rock AZ). All of the companies would barley speak to me. I think this was because I was not a contractor. My last stop was Ewing Landscape Materials. I walked in the door and was actually greeted and asked if I needed any help. Richard Goolsby pointed me to the different types of gravel and gave me some sample bags so I could take gravel home to see how it would look in my yard. Ewing was very price competitive, actually a few dollars lower than the others, but I must say, if they were a bit higher price I would have still bought from them due to the high level of service I received.
