While I understand that this happens, the other options available were not even close to what we had selected and did not go with the design concept. So, I needed to grab tile elsewhere last minute for the contractor to stay on date. Yet, that is not why there is a two star review. It's because they have kept our money without a refund for well over a month! I keep having to email and call and still no movement. When this happened at other tile companies for the same project, they refunded the money the very same day. Something to keep in mind if you choose to use them.

The price was given over the phone around 368.00. Receiving the bill during delivery there was a 125 additional fee for delivery and another 125 for pick up. Less expensive than having someone come out and donthr job, but head's up on the fees that were not enclosed when getting quote during scheduling!

Rented a scaffold and drywall lift to put new drywall on our ceiling. Overall a very good…read moreexperience. The scaffold was very sturdy and the drywall lift worked ok. I had 2 minor issues. #1 - the drywall lift needed some WD-40 to get it to work properly and it still squeaked very loudly. #2 - had to get an extension on the scaffold as we weren't done in a week. Unlike the drywall lift where we received a partial refund, the scaffold we didn't receive any partial refund (even though we only needed it a few additional days). The people were very helpful and nice during each transaction, and helped load and unload my truck. Will be back if I need to rent anything.
