They also cracked my gas tank on my Zero Turn by using air to blow out the gas, and then had the nerve to want to bill me for it! DO NOT USE this place.

Easy to work with, delivered on time, and comparable price with competitors…read more I had to offload a 1000 lb. large crate from a truck and needed a forklift for the day. After some research online, I found Aztec Rental. Reviews varied online but I gave them a chance. I called the day before in the afternoon and they were able to schedule a delivery and pickup. The forklift was unleaded gasoline operated and was equipped with a manual gear box (2 gears and a clutch). Luckily I drove stick shift for years and was familiar, but some people are only used to automatic gear boxes so this might throw someone off a bit. Condition of the forklift was so so. It did it's job and the guys came on time so I'm satisfied. As with any rental, always take as-arrived photos for liability just in case. Then after the job is done, take plenty of as-completed photos. Always cover yourself with proof just in case. The only odd part was that I was not able to schedule my forklift in advance. I had to call the day before which was odd. I think it's because this is the only fork lift available in their fleet so the first person using it may still want to keep it longer.

Worst equipment rental business ever in my 24 years of construction renting history. This place has…read morea few newer equipment but they mostly have old broken down equipment which they mostly rent out. They have no after hour and weekend contact or phone number, not even an email. So when the junk rental they send you break out which 9 of 10 times it does, you have no way of getting a hold of anyone and you are just screwed. They known about this for years and does not care, this is the way they do business. At the time of rental they tell you that if the equipment breaks down they will come service it free of charge, but they don't. "It's not their problem" they said to old broken down equipment and down time that you couldn't use their equipment...just tough luck for you. They'll come pickup their trashy equipment on the schedule date regardless of your situations and to top it off....they charge you more then what they told you and invoice you to begin with; like delivery fee, etc. Plus they'll do everything in their power to never return your security deposit and if you're lucky you may get $80 of your $350 deposit back 2 months later. Yelp. Time for lawsuit and BBB action on this small business who is in the business to rip people off.

When I brought this to the owner's attention, he claimed it was rust that could not be removed. However, I was able to remove it in less than five seconds with a Clorox wipe. I rented the double bounce house with a water slide, but the water feature did not work properly. Instead of flowing efficiently down the slide, it flooded my backyard leaving kids asking for buckets to help with the water. The company sent someone out to inspect the issue, but he said there was nothing he could do. He was also supposed to clean the bounce house, but instead told me to call his boss and left. Since Saturday, September 19, I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by text and phone. I have left multiple messages but have received no response. This company showed a complete lack of communication and integrity. I would not trust them or recommend them to anyone. Customers should be able to rely on a company to address problems and honor its promises. Unfortunately, our family--and the other families involved--were let down. We paid for a clean, functional rental and a guaranteed level of service, but the company failed to deliver on all counts.
