I've rented stuff from various rental places including Home Depot (The worst!). This place has…read morebeen incredible. If I have a tool out for an extra hour, they don't make a big deal about it. I had a rental scheduled for a dump truck, and the truck they had for me broke down, so they rented one from a competitor just to make sure I had one, even knowing that it would likely cost them more than I was paying for it. Add to that, the dump truck they rented, didn't have the same tow hitch as the one required for the bobcat I rented and had planned to tow with it, so they delivered and picked it up at no additional charge. Since I wasn't able to tow it, I also wasn't able to fuel it back up after use, and they didn't charge me for that either! Since then, I've rented a dump truck and bobcat from them a second time, a jack hammer, and most recently, a concrete coring tool. I've yet to be disappointed with any of my rentals, pricing, availability, or their ability to bend over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I've been working with Mark as my sales rep, but they are all very happy to be of assistance! I highly recommend you consider them for your future rental needs! I know I will!

My mechanic ordered part through Naumann Hobbs and told me to call them to pay for the parts. I…read morecalled them for a week with no return phone call. I finally called Corporate and they got hold of the guy that ran the San Marcos facility. I paid for the parts, picked them up a few days later, wrong parts. My mechanic called him. He said he would send him an email, no response. Called several times later, nobody there. Took the parts back and they gave me a refund voucher for 50% of the cost of the parts. I sent a copy of my refund along with the amount I paid to remittance@nhmh.com, no response. Still waiting for the response and will probably will obviously have to file a credit card dispute. Called PAPE in Escondido, they ordered the correct part, received them within 24hrs and my mechanic had them installed the next day. If they were the only place to buy Catipillar parts I would never buy another Catipillar forklift.
