When I get there ( drove 45 minutes/traffic included) all of a sudden my product is fake, and the next excuse was "we cannot authenticate". MIND YOU I had the authentication paperwork in my car but didn't want to continue the transaction due to the ignorance. I went down the street to a Ez pawn on jones and they took my product and gave me way more than I expected! Crazy part is ive been to this Phoenix pawn "once" it was a great experience, but this 2nd visit was unpredictable! Please do better on treating potential/ previous customers with common courtesy.

Got a pawn on my iPad at this location for a medical emergency and I logged out of my iCloud account with the woman associate before she closed my iPad case and gave me my ticket. Fast forward to not even 2 weeks later when I went to redeem my item and when I got home and turned it on for the first time after picking it up my iPad was restored to factory settings. I contacted the store immediately after turning it on, before I even had to set it back up again, and the manager accused and stated that I was lying and refused to take accountability for his business or employees not following their business standards. He then disrespected me even further by saying if I "got an official letterhead from Apple stating it was restored while in their possession" he would return the $20 interest I paid. $20 DOESNT RESTORE OR MAKE UP FOR EVERYTHING THEY LOST/COST ME. I unfortunately did not have any backups available so I lost pictures of my kids, purchases, journals, planners, etc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR POSSESSIONS. They have been reported to the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) and I will make sure the owner is held responsible.

Painted off white, no cars parked outside; in a shady looking strip center in a part of town that has strip clubs and police activity. All that said, it was GREAT! I was speaking with an employee and she completely interrupted the young lady answering my question and spoke FOR her. More than once! This happened with two different employees. It's like she wouldn't let anyone think for themselves. I have been in retail, jewelry and sales for years and that kind of temperament is not good to work with. I would personally avoid interacting with someone like that who has to control every situation. The young ladies there are a delight though and work hard.
