After searching for a few places to get my new car windows tinted, I came across Sun Tints. Unlike the two other businesses I contacted online, Jamon, the owner, quickly replied to my emails and answered all of my questions. Emailing and/or chat is much easier for me to use while at work because I can't always talk on the phone, so I appreciated Jamon always responding. Ultimately, that's how Sun Tints earned my business. When I dropped off my car, Jamon made sure everything was taken care of, including letting me know how much the total would be when I picked my car up. I had a ride and wasn't in a hurry (I recommend you do the same) so I told them to take their time. When I arrived to pick my car up, it was waiting outside in the shade, ready to go. I went in and paid, and as I walked out to my car, I realized that I had a couple of questions. But as soon as I opened my door, those questions were answered. They placed a sticker over the window rocker switches that had instructions about not rolling down or washing the windows for 3-5 days while the tint cures. Problem solved! Jamon was up front about pricing, and offered the two different tints. I with with the CTX (the higher-end tint) because of its heat blocking capacity. Although the tint is still curing, I have noticed a significant difference in the heat inside my car. But the best part is that my car looks incredible! The bubbles initially in the film have since gone away, and it's starting to look more like a finished product, and I couldn't be more satisfied! I highly recommend the Llumar CTX, and highly recommend Sun Tints to install it for you. read more

Owner Jamon has a really bad attitude problem. Tint job was poor and I had to ask multiple times to have him agree to have it re-done. When I asked to redo it in a different shade he told me I was barking at him and was being rude which was completely out of line. I have never had a business speak to a customer this way ever, or especially after they were the ones that did a poor job. After I left a review on Google the owner sent me a text telling me I was rude to him again and asking to take down the review. Unbelievable! Stay far away from this place. read more

I have been a Sun Tint customer for 4 years, they are great. Reasonable prices, great service, great product. BTW, I also had them install window film on my home windows and, whoa, totally worth it. Keeps the heat under control, as about 40% is blocked, and the UV rays are also controlled. I'm positive my stuff would have discolored had I not installed the film. Why 4 stars? Their hours of operation are not well suited to customers that have to work 9-5. Headache to get my car there, but TOTALLY worth it. Honestly, I would have traded a longer wait for an appointment in order to get an after hours appointment. But, again, I took time off to take my car. That says a lot about their services . My husband and I took our car to Sun tints to get the windows tinted. When we picked it up my husband (who's family is in the window tinting business in another state) observed bubbles due to dust particles on every window. The tint did not meet up with the trim on several windows and one of the windows had overlapping tint where it had folded and not been fixed. When confronted with these issues the employee (who was the owners brother) stated that it was because it needed to be driven around and the bubbles would go out (clearly not the case since you could see the dust specs. When my husband pushed the issue the employee stated "It's not a 2013 there are going to be some dust bubbles", this is when my husband got irritated and stated that it needed to be cleaned better and that this was not going to work. The employee said "You can bitch at my brother (the owner) when he's in here" and literally told my husband to "Get out". Needless to say this is not the quality of service any consumer should have to deal with and the customer service was appalling (not all that surprising this day and age). I highly recommend anyone who wants to spend their hard earned money on window tint, do it at another location. read more

It was the year 2007. I was a 17 year old kid who saved up $5k to buy a Jeep Cherokee. I remember calling a million local tint shops and I ended up going with Jamen and the folks at Sun Tint. I'm glad I did. I think I spent another $5k in audio upgrades and tint on my $5k car I just bought! Fast forward a decade later (and several cars) and Sun Tint still remains my choice for vehicle tint and audio. The whole staff is great, but I recommend asking to speak with Jamen the owner. He's one passionate guy who knows his stuff and is always available to help with any questions. Here we are in 2016 and I'm back again to get my new car tinted. Quality is the lack of variance: they did another outstanding job! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Awesome place! They do tinting and all other kinds of service and accessories for cars including car stereo's and installation. We first had our windows tinted on our car, and the quality and service they provided was awesome. The owner and employees are top notch and super nice to work with. Basically what he explained is that they offer just 2 types of tint, and unlike their competitors their bottom line stuff is very high quality, and offers the full UV protection and some heat protection that you pay extra for elsewhere. We opted for the higher end ceramic tint which blocks A TON of heat, we were swayed because we do have 2 little ones. I have had windows on other cars tinted at other places in the past, and I guess there isn't much difference, other than the fact that these guys take the time to explain everything to you, and offer suggestions, they are very nice, and they will work with you on price, or throw a discount on there for you. A few weeks later we took another car in to get an aftermarket strep put in. Because of the specifics of the car the stereo had to be hardwired in, and we even decided it would be best just to run new wires to all the speakers and the batteries. (I came to this conclusion because I didn't have time to wait for a needed harness to arrive) unfortunately because the car was apparently a pain to work with, they weren't done by the time they closed on Saturday afternoon, so he called and offered to either stay late or go in on Sunday morning to make suite I had the car by the time I needed it! They were able to get everything taken care of for me and went way above and beyond to do it. read more

Stay away!!!!!.. Took two cars at the same time and tint turned out horrible on both cars. Every single window has dust and you can actually feel when you rub your hand.Talked to the owner and all he did was blame the windows. He said one window had a bubble from the factory? I'm not sure how that's possible. Took one car back at around noon and didn't get it back until 7PM. Workers went home and left keys inside the car and did NOT fix any of my windows. Now I have to spend more money to pay for removing the tint and doing it over again. Waist of time and money!!!!!. read more

First off, the owner of this company has no consideration for his own customers. I drove from Park City 3 different times, because I was "told" i have an appointment to have my windows RE-done. Yes, re-done because the quality of the first attempt was terrible. Looks like Cindee T. had the same issue... When I confronted the owner, "Jaimon" about scheduling, he said they don't re-tint windows they've done. Even with a life time warranty... Doesn't really make sense. Even after I was told 3 seperste times to come on in whenever I have time and they will take care of me. Sounds like the internal communication with the individuals that work in this facility, is non-existent. When I told him I was going to report him to the BBB for his actions, I was told he was, "going to sue my ass for slander." Well Jaimon, it isn't slander if it's true. To anyone that is looking to have work done here, I HIGHLY suggest moving onto your next option. These guys do not care about their customers. read more

DO NOT take your vehicles to this place! Tinted my car windows and every window has bubbles and creases. Had to take my car back after 1 month (which should not happen) and they did nothing to fix it. Gave me every excuse they could come up with why they do crap work. I have worked with cars for over 30 years including tinting and have never seen this horrible of work. Don't waste your time and money!
