So they have an app that you can check in on, which I've done for some time, and just walked in and got my room. Well, this time, I'm told I have to scan in as well. I was like, what good is an app then. She says we'll hold a bed for you. I doubt if I check in, they'll put me ahead of others that come in before I get there. I said I was told I didn't have to scan in as long as I used the app. She was like I don't know who would have told you that." Like I would be lying about that. Everything was nice, the spa coordinators, the robes, the quiet room. But my massage was 10/10 amazing. Jennifer was so nice, good communication & incredibly talented. I told her I wanted to focus on relaxation and I wanted to keep my socks on cause my toes get cold. And she exceeded my expectations. I was in such a trance at the end of it, I wish I would have thanked her more. It was truly an amazing experience and felt like such a blessing to have got the best massage therapist. I didn't know they had their medical license and that my doctors recommendations do not matter here. They didn't even apologize or even offer me any other service in its place. I feel that could have helped my frustration.
