They don't give you the full time in the bed & if you spray tan, 1/2 the time they don't put the tanning solution in so you don't get any color. You have to ask for a hairnet & booties & I've been given the small 'bathmat' towel to use to dry off several times instead of the larger towels that you are supposed to get. They will rip you off any chance they get-any way that they can. Too bad cause it used to be a great place before the new 'partner' (Katie) came back. Don't give them access to your bank acct. that's just asking for trouble read more

This place is so awful. They have new workers every week and none of them ever know wtf they are doing. The spray tans are awful and wayyy overpriced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME + MONEY!! They have a bunch of "rules" they never tell you about either so you get roped into staying in a package with them wasting a bunch of money. I am a college student and it really upset me that they refused to refund me or cancel my service when I asked because of their "rules". There a a few nice workers but most are young arrogant girls who refuse to wear masks and act like serving you is a huge chore. Sorry to inconvenience you all with my hard earned money! The worst spray tan and service I have ever received from a tanning salon! I am new to the area and have been looking into finding a new salon. I found the online coupon for one week of tanning free or one free spray tan. I love spray tans I have been getting them regularly for about 15 years. When I got to the salon clean face no lotion exfoliated and prepared at 9:36 pm (close at 10) I showed the girl my coupon for my free spray tan and said I would like to upgrade my spray if possible and what upgrades did they have available. She asked what I meant as the other girl turned the front counter lights off. Then the other girl stated that I could do light, medium or dark. I said dark. She said I could add the time enhancement to make it develop in 4-6 hrs and I said I didn't need that because I wasn't going to shower until the morning. She added it anyways and I let that go because I know they get commissions. Then she said they have bronzer that they can add because the solution is clear and I said I don't like bronzers because they make me orange. She told me they have a special bronzer that has undertones that cancel out any orange so that wouldn't be a problem. So I said ok I'll try it. Then she got a phone call as I was asking do you have any primer or lotion to put on before. She put two packets down on the counter one for my body and one for my face. I checked out and paid my $63 for the upgrades on my free spray tan. When I walked back to the booth the girl put my cartridge in the machine and told me it would take two min to warm up and walked away. I got ready and got in the machine when it was ready. The spray nozzle started at about my knees and went down, not doing my whole body the first pass. The rest of the sprays where uneven and I could feel the spots on my arms and legs that were soaking wet and spots that were dry. Between each pass it said it was the drying pass but nothing ever happened and nothing was drying me. When all my passes were complete I felt wet and sticky. I got out and looked at myself in the mirror. My face was the color of burnt orange and so spotted I looked like I had drawn freckles on my face. My chest was bronze and about 4 shades darker than the rest of my body. The upper part of my arms had some spots and the bottom part of my arms were completely bare. My legs were striped and parts of the inside of my legs were bare. After standing there naked for over 5 min I still felt wet and sticky and if I touched my chest my finger would leave a streak mark and would be covered with solution. So I got dressed and walked out. I tried to find an employee to tell them I thought the machine might not be working properly but I could not find anyone. When I got home I had to change because even though I was wearing baggy clothing I could feel it rubbing against my skin and making the solution more streaky. I woke up this morning with my face so blotchy I looked like I had a chemical peel done. My chest is nice and tan. My arms have zero tint and my legs look like I'm part zebra. I have been scrubbing my skin with exfoliant and professional color remover for almost two hours and I still don't feel like it's faded enough for me to go into public not to mention work. Like I said I've been getting spray tans regularly for almost 15 years, I know what to do and not to do and what to expect. And this was by far the worst I have ever had which is a bummer because the salon itself was beautiful and clean with a great selection and I would have loved to have made this my new salon. I don't know why this place has such bad reviews! I really like tanning here. The workers are very friendly, the facilities are clean, and I can always tan right away. I signed up in January with the $20 a month in the lowest level. These beds work well for me. I tan to help with acne, and the lowest level is just what I needed! I took a break for summer (canceling my account) and then decided to come back this month (August) since school had started! I came back because of the friendly environment! So all in all, good place to tan! I just wish they opened earlier and stayed open later. read more

This place is terrible, they advertise their $19.99 memberships but those memberships only count towards the lowest level bed which did nothing for me. They also told me that I could cancel my membership at any time, but when I tried to cancel it at the end of April so I wouldn't be charged for the whole month of May that I wouldn't even be here for, they told me it was too late and I would have to wait until May 1st and in turn, be charged the 20 bucks. Went in to buy 2 tans...that was it. Was signed up for a contract in which I wanted cancelled after 1 month. When I was finally able to cancel after jumping through numerous hoops I was then told I would be charged AN ADDITIONAL month because it was cancelled after the 25th....it was the 27th. The GM told me she couldn't/wouldn't do anything for me, was rude and unprofessional and her employee was not reprimanded for providing false information nor doing as I asked by only signing me up for 1 month. Basically $70 to tan 3-4 times. What a joke. I'll stick to the pool and sun next time. Poor service at its finest. read more

I've been coming here since it was first South Beach Tanning about 7 maybe 8 years ago till it switched over to Palm Beach, I have to say I LOVE IT 10X better than South Beach, the floor plan is the same which is fine but the new tan plans and different beds are outstanding. The price is right and you can't find a nicer or cleaner facility, not to mention the wonderful very helpful staff, the girls are so friendly and knowledgeable about all of the tan plans and all of the products including the mystic tans. I will NEVER go anywhere else to tan besides here. LOVE IT!!!! Oh and your packages also have benifits like up to 20% off of lotions and products to free upgrades for the beds to free mystic tans monthly, no where else I've been has ever had extras just for being a customer. I recently started tanning here and I really love it. Very nice staff, great prices, and I love that you can cancel your Unlimited membership at anytime. Beds are clean, as well as salon. I also love that I am not pressured every time to purchase lotions that I cannot afford. read more

Such a scam. Place is overall nice but I was given out false information multiple times from the manager and employees. They tell you that it costs to cancel but it doesn't and then they make you lose the credits you have or buy a product so they benefit from it either way. Would not recommend. read more
