I was like, what good is an app then. She says we'll hold a bed for you. I doubt if I check in, they'll put me ahead of others that come in before I get there. I said I was told I didn't have to scan in as long as I used the app. She was like I don't know who would have told you that." Like I would be lying about that. I didn't bring a wallet because that's what I was told She just rubbed me wrong. Kind of condescending. She's a newer girl, I think. Maybe the new manager. I'm not impressed at all. She didn't even apologize for the miscommunication. This review may make me not get good service from her here. But I'm cool with that. Can't be everybody's pal. The other girls have always been really friendly. I'll be back because it's a convenient location. Kudos to you other ladies there. They actually made me feel like a customer

Also, they constantly try to sell me products even though I have told them multiple times my very good reason why I can't! Went back a third time b/c no one called with a resolution. I was given the info that was sent to customer service by Brooklyn; simply stating I needed to freeze my account! No mention of her mistake & that I had indeed frozen my account PRIOR to the 1st of June. Went back AGAIN (b/c they do not answer the phones) to discuss with manager Tala and was told "Brooklyn had a bad day that day", ok, no problem. Correct your mistake! Then she said that I would hear something in 10-14 business days but that they would probably not refund my money! It's 6/12 and I still can't get anyone to give me a resolution. The original place I always got it is now no longer an authorized seller so I was off to find another seller. As I traveled to different areas for work, I would check salons for it & had no luck. Finally I emailed the company that makes it to find out where it could be located. In steps So Tan shop owner Abby Flavin! She emailed me back immediately that she could order it for me as she was the new authorized seller in the area. As my schedule is crazy & work keeps me swamped, she & I emailed back & forth for weeks while I found time to call her to order. She kept in constant contact, was super nice & helpful the entire time & called me when I said I was ready to order. I of course was busy with work & missed her call, she then text me from her cell to follow up & let me know to call anytime. Needless to say, I finally placed my order & she just charged me a small fee to ship it to me as I no longer live in that city. When I ordered it, I then found out she was the owner as I was saying how impressed I was with her customer service & wanted to tell her manager. If her salon is anything like her customer service it has to be the best in town! In a day when places live & die by their customer service, yet really good service is hard to find, Abby was an impressive reminder it is still out there. Keep up the great work & you must try her salon for all your tanning needs!

On top of that, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and honestly wishing I had gone somewhere else. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I think it's important for businesses to know when customers have a poor experience. I hope they make some improvements moving forward.
