So they have an app that you can check in on, which I've done for some time, and just walked in and got my room. Well, this time, I'm told I have to scan in as well. I was like, what good is an app then. She says we'll hold a bed for you. I doubt if I check in, they'll put me ahead of others that come in before I get there. I said I was told I didn't have to scan in as long as I used the app. She was like I don't know who would have told you that." Like I would be lying about that. I didn't bring a wallet because that's what I was told She just rubbed me wrong. Kind of condescending. She's a newer girl, I think. Maybe the new manager. I'm not impressed at all. I explained I had not been in a sun tanning salon in many years. I was informed that the beds were much more advanced then what I was familiar with in past years. The first visit went well and the young lady was very informative, helpful and professional. The second visit, there was an issue. I have spoken to one employee and a manager which says she now needs to speak to a higher superior. The issue is not that complicated. Then she said that I would hear something in 10-14 business days but that they would probably not refund my money! It's 6/12 and I still can't get anyone to give me a resolution. I asked if I could go and exfoliate it off and be able to come back here tomorrow and redo it but instead I have to pay for two more spray tans Or get a membership.
