I've always had a good to great experience at this Massage Envy location. Like most massages,…read morefinding a therapist that matches your expectations and preferences is the most important key. Sometimes you have to try out a couple different therapists to see who fits. The location here is convenient and the place is always spotless and clean. The front desk is very helpful. If you're looking to get a massage, I recommend calling them up and ask for a recommendation. The receptionists know the therapists and can get you scheduled with someone who matches what you are looking for. I don't really understand the negative reviews I see here. I've been coming to this location for four years and it's been a positive experience.

I am pretty sure he doesn't know curse words as his English is extremely limited. He did call the police after the customer began cursing and became belligerent over a nail color. The female customer who could not control her emotions had a friend with her who repeatedly asked her to stop and she would not stop yelling. I'm not saying who was at fault and can only speak to what I saw and heard. The male technician was upset but offered for the lady's nails to be free if she would leave the shop. However, she looked for any excuse to be loud, complain and keep fighting after they began to disagree. Very idiotic. This shop is awesome. The owner was calm and kind through the entire thing. Lastly, I was the only client in the shop other than the screaming woman and her very sweet friend, so you can guess who must have written the negative review...

I paid $2000 up front for this package because I had $2000 on my debit card and the remaining $3000 on another card I left at home, and left with the two items and an agreement I would return that same day with the remaining $3000. After leaving the store, I found out the device was only worth $200 and came back 2 hours later with the unopened, still seal items in hand to return them. They denied my return, so I emailed their corporate office. After a week of back and forth emails, they finally tell me no they will not return the items even though the charge on my card had NOT gone through until AFTER I tried returning the items. Also, the facial I went in for ended up just being a cream put on my face. MICHELLE, the representative handling my transaction, did everything she could to gain access to my bank account number by taking my phone from me and tried logging into my bank app herself to the point I got locked out of my bank app from her entering my password wrong too many times!
