I explained I had not been in a sun tanning salon in many years. I was informed that the beds were much more advanced then what I was familiar with in past years. The first visit went well and the young lady was very informative, helpful and professional. The second visit, there was an issue. I have spoken to one employee and a manager which says she now needs to speak to a higher superior. The issue is not that complicated. No mention of her mistake & that I had indeed frozen my account PRIOR to the 1st of June. Went back AGAIN (b/c they do not answer the phones) to discuss with manager Tala and was told "Brooklyn had a bad day that day", ok, no problem. Correct your mistake! Then she said that I would hear something in 10-14 business days but that they would probably not refund my money! It's 6/12 and I still can't get anyone to give me a resolution. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT; IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO USE A CC NOT A DEBIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE CHARGES! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Everything was nice, the spa coordinators, the robes, the quiet room. But my massage was 10/10 amazing. Jennifer was so nice, good communication & incredibly talented. I told her I wanted to focus on relaxation and I wanted to keep my socks on cause my toes get cold. And she exceeded my expectations. I was in such a trance at the end of it, I wish I would have thanked her more. It was truly an amazing experience and felt like such a blessing to have got the best massage therapist. I had scheduled massages for my friend and I, I had surgery about 5 weeks ago and was released by…read moremy doctor to have massages and even start Pilates, and have already had a massage since surgery somewhere else, but they refused to give me a massage here since it hasn't been 6-8 weeks. I didn't know they had their medical license and that my doctors recommendations do not matter here. They didn't even apologize or even offer me any other service in its place. I feel that could have helped my frustration.
