If 0 were an option, I would have chosen that! Brooklyn screwed up and didn't freeze my account in the system when I requested it; they charged my account the full monthly fee ($104). I went in and spoke WITH Brooklyn, who remembered the request. She said she would request a refund. I never heard anything back, went in the next day to be told they would give me a Glow Card, I declined as this was not my mistake (Glow Cards don't pay for gas & food!). Went back a third time b/c no one called with a resolution. I was given the info that was sent to customer service by Brooklyn; simply stating I needed to freeze my account! No mention of her mistake & that I had indeed frozen my account PRIOR to the 1st of June. Went back AGAIN (b/c they do not answer the phones) to discuss with manager Tala and was told "Brooklyn had a bad day that day", ok, no problem. Correct your mistake! Then she said that I would hear something in 10-14 business days but that they would probably not refund my money! It's 6/12 and I still can't get anyone to give me a resolution. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT; IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO USE A CC NOT A DEBIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE CHARGES! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! read more

Sun Tan City is a scam. I paid for a VIP All Access package and corporate royally screwed up my account, refused to fix it, then tried to short my refund by $90 -- claiming the free vouchers their own employees gave me were "used services." That's theft-by-slimy-corporate-accounting. The Glenstone staff were rude and dishonest, and corporate's response has been nothing but lies and stonewalling. I'll see them in court if they don't return my money. Avoid this place -- they don't respect customers and will steal from you. read more

Huge rip off! The website says that spray tans are $30. They told me it would be cheaper to buy a "kit". It rang up for $67, definitely not less than $30. High pressure sales by 3 women who made me feel stupid for questioning the "kit". Not a good experience and a total waste of money. read more

I have been a customer of this specific location for years. Overall, everyone is pleasant and friendly. I chose this location over others because not only was it convenient to my job, but the staff was also friendly. That has recently changed. The staff has changed and there is one in particular staff member who has set the tone, in a very negative way. She has a nasty attitude not only towards me but also any client I've seen her interact with. She is short, unfriendly, and acts like the customers are annoying or inconveniencing her unless making a purchase. For that fact, I won't spend another dime at this location and neither will my family. Her attitude and treatment of the customers that keep them in business is disgusting and my last straw was when my daughter came home asking if I have been there and then proceeded to tell me she was treated poorly her last 2 visits. The ladies working when I came in were super quick to help me. They answered all of my questions and gave me a very informative walk-through and showed me all the options as well as telling me the pro tips and tricks for tanning. These ladies are obviously trying to make a sale so they are pushing their products and upgrades HARD, but the customer service was definitely top notch and the facility was very clean and welcoming. I looked around extensively for places to tan for years. This is hands down the best place I've found. You can tan at any location which is wonderful for me whether I'm on campus or at home. I love the people who work here. They are always so happy and willing to help with any and all questions and concerns. They have amazing deals all the time and the lowest prices. Their beds are very clean. In the couple years I've tanned here, I've only asked one time to have the bed cleaned again and they did it-- no problem. My day always gets a little brighter and my heart (and body) a little warmer whenever I tan here. read more

I am happy to share that Sun Tan City has followed through with the issue I had last month with their service.. They resolved our problem in a professional manner and I will recommend their services to friends, family and employees in the future. I visited Sun Tan City to get a little protection before sun exposure during a vacation coming up in 5 days. I was recommended to purchase 4 tans and a spray tan. I explained I had not been in a sun tanning salon in many years. I was informed that the beds were much more advanced then what I was familiar with in past years. The first visit went well and the young lady was very informative, helpful and professional. The second visit, there was an issue. I have spoken to one employee and a manager which says she now needs to speak to a higher superior. The issue is not that complicated. Highly unprofessional customer service, specifically their manager Ali! I've never been treated so badly by anyone else in the staff. She acted very cocky and disrespectful when she wasted my time and sent 3 people ahead of me after I was told I only had one person ahead of me when I put my fingerprint in and I checked in online because they said that's supposed to make you priority over people who haven't checked in online. Then when I confronted her about what she did because I waited for over 35 + minutes I said ma'am didn't you say that I was supposed to go next? she was very rude when she said "well the line probably got messed up, she was in a bed already" and I said yeah I was only supposed to have one person in front of me. what's your name? every time i go here i have to wait to tan because the beds are dirty and the workers just stand around looking at people instead of cleaning the beds. they tell me it will be a couple minutes which turns into 10 or more and i always have to ask how much longer it will be to get them to actually put me in the bed. prices are reasonable but the staff just doesn't seem to care about anything, especially their customers' time. read more
