Like it here, they're nice and don't push products on me unless I ask for help or they're having a special. Haven't tanned anywhere else, so I dunno how to compare it but I like it here.

I asked if I could go and exfoliate it off and be able to come back here tomorrow and redo it but instead I have to pay for two more spray tans Or get a membership. I don't wanna membership not after the experience I endured, The first spray tan was a complete joke the clear it does not work I left it on overnight and I was told that is probably my protein intake in why it didn't stay, Not only was I robbed once by this place but now twice. i highly recommend not going to sun tan city for your spray tans.

The cupping was easily the most pleasant cupping experience I've ever had, which is saying a lot. I used to go to a Thai massage place in San Diego religiously specifically for cupping, and Beth was somehow even better. Everything she did felt intentional, smooth, and incredibly relaxing. Everything was nice, the spa coordinators, the robes, the quiet room. But my massage was 10/10 amazing. Jennifer was so nice, good communication & incredibly talented. I told her I wanted to focus on relaxation and I wanted to keep my socks on cause my toes get cold. And she exceeded my expectations. I was in such a trance at the end of it, I wish I would have thanked her more. It was truly an amazing experience and felt like such a blessing to have got the best massage therapist. The original place I always got it is now no longer an authorized seller so I was off to find another seller. As I traveled to different areas for work, I would check salons for it & had no luck. Finally I emailed the company that makes it to find out where it could be located. In steps So Tan shop owner Abby Flavin! She emailed me back immediately that she could order it for me as she was the new authorized seller in the area. As my schedule is crazy & work keeps me swamped, she & I emailed back & forth for weeks while I found time to call her to order. She kept in constant contact, was super nice & helpful the entire time & called me when I said I was ready to order. I of course was busy with work & missed her call, she then text me from her cell to follow up & let me know to call anytime. Needless to say, I finally placed my order & she just charged me a small fee to ship it to me as I no longer live in that city. When I ordered it, I then found out she was the owner as I was saying how impressed I was with her customer service & wanted to tell her manager. If her salon is anything like her customer service it has to be the best in town! In a day when places live & die by their customer service, yet really good service is hard to find, Abby was an impressive reminder it is still out there. I had a few basic questions about pricing and packages, and I didn't feel like they were clearly explained. It seemed more focused on upselling than actually helping me figure out what would work best. The cleanliness also wasn't what I expected. The room I used didn't feel as clean or well-maintained as it should have been, which is a big deal for a place like this. It just didn't feel very comfortable or welcoming. On top of that, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and honestly wishing I had gone somewhere else. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I think it's important for businesses to know when customers have a poor experience. I hope they make some improvements moving forward.

They also offer some great tanning products for purchase. I have used several tanning facilities over the years and Suntastic Tanning is by far my favorite!
