Got one of my nails fixed here while visiting family. They were amazing! They opened early so I could go out before my son woke up and helped me right away. The lady that helped me sits right in front (forgot her name) she did a wonderful job fixing my broken nail. Not only did she fix it but it ended up lasting 3 weeks longer than the others with no chipping or fading discoloration. Great products, service, and they produced another happy customer! My mother and I went into sun palace to exchange some top coat she got. The reason was she found out it was burning her clients nails. Instead of returning or anything they simply said they could not do anything about the product. Not give her money back or exchange it for another. On top of this they were extremely rude about the whole thing. We will not be buying anything from them ever again. read more

This place is amazing!! Crisol is the best nail tech, she is kind and compassionate, and brilliant at her job! As far as the tanning aspect, Lily is the best there is. I have been going here for nails and tanning for almost two years and she is the only one up front that knows my name, I love that feeling of important to a business you are supporting. I'm picky when it comes to nails, but this place is always great! I love how natural my nails look. I have tried multiple nail places in Ashland and Medford but Sun Palace is the best. You pay a little more then typical salons but you definitely pay for what you get. I've seen Erica, Megan & Emma but all the nail techs are great. read more

I went into to buy a tanning package with a postcard I received in mail which offered 20% off. When I presented the coupon to the girl at the front desk she said " you cant use this it has to be the person who's name is on the card". I explained to her that it was my husband and we both live at the same address. The front desk girl told me I could purchase a tanning package under his name and use his tans. I explained to her that I did not feel comfortable doing this in case down the road it became an issue me using his tans (which I purchased). I'm shocked that she would turn down a 100.00 sale. Sun palace must be doing great business wise because I don't know of any business that would turn down a 100.00 dollar sale! read more

This place used to be awesome when WENDY was there manager but since she was let go this place sucks !!!!! It was awesome for nails and tanning but I've had appointments canceled and then been lied too about why my appointment was canceled and also I called in to cancel my appointments because I had to work longer and couldn't get off and they say i owe them for not calling to cancel and this place has gone down hill so very fast and they are only out for themselves and don't care how they treat there customers at all.......I would not recommend this place to anyone and word of mouth kills a business !!!!!!!!!! read more

Really high prices for acrylics that lift and chip. Short-tempered and catty staff. Tanning beds were also dirty and smelled like body odor. Lobby had a nice setup. There are much better places in or around Medford for both nails and tanning. Services are not worth the price. read more

Unfortunately after almost 25 years of being a loyal customer at Sun Palace for services, I will no longer give them anymore of my business. I recently purchased several gift certificates through a local radio station. After putting the certificates on our accounts, I was contacted and informed that the certificates were invalid and would not be honored, with Sun Palace claiming they were fraudulent. My niece also purchased some and while at the radio station the secretary told her that the station had made an exchange with Sun Palace and did not understand why they would no longer accept them. My daughter was in there the same afternoon to overhear the receptionist state that she could not wait for the day to be over since she had been inundated my furious customers being denied their credit for certificates and the owner Tye would not take or return ANY calls. I am so disappointed in their lack of customer relation. I have referred several people to this establishment and will no longer support them in any manner. read more

I had a full set of acrylics done by Jennifer...they looked great at first, but after 3 days they started lifting on several nails, and my natural nail was poking through the acrylic. I tried to make an appointment to get them fixed, but they're very busy there and they couldn't find time for me for several days. Finally I was so fed up with the whole situation, I made an appointment to get them removed...and they charged me to take them off, even though it was their own fault! The girl (I can't remember her name) who drilled them off obviously rushed the job and I felt like I was being pushed down the assembly line as fast as possible. Even after drilling, there was still a ton of acrylic left on. I ended up having to soak it off myself, and when I did, there were visible rings of fire around my cuticles! Thin, painful damaged nails for one week of pretty tips. Everyone talks like Sun Palace is a great place for nails, and it could be, just not with Jennifer. Sun Palace needs some drilling classes. read more
