She said she felt like there was conditioner still left along her hair with it feeling stringy. Her hair felt so stiff and like a dried noodle. Cierra text me back finally at 11 o'clock pm to tell me to come in at 5 for an opening and then two hours before my appointment she asked me to come in earlier. I already had to take off work early to make it for the 5 o'clock appointment and couldn't leave any earlier. Running a few minutes behind (10 minutes to be exact) of her new "scheduled time" for me she refused to fix my hair because I was late. I do not recommend this salon.
