I have been going to Tony and Holly's nail shop for over 15 years. Today, July 21, 2026 I called Holly on short notice and she booked me in right away. I walked into the nail shop and was amazed at the NEW massage chairs awaiting me for my pedicure. I was 1000% satisfied. There is no other nail shop that will compare. I will always recommend Medford Nails. read more

I chose this salon based on the positive reviews and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The nail application was sloppy, with uneven polish and bare areas around the edges. When I politely asked the nail tech to fully cover the nail and clean up the edges, he refused. Another technician stepped in and instead of addressing the concerns, told me there was "nothing wrong," implied that because I'm new to the area I didn't know what I was talking about, and spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending manner. I was surprised and uncomfortable, as I have never been spoken to that way while receiving a service. I wasn't asking for anything excessive--just clean, fully covered nails and professional treatment. Unfortunately, the way my concerns were handled felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not return. read more

Holly is great! She always fits me in at short notice, and their prices are great. I have been going to her salon for several years.

I got arylic nails done and I love them they are so great she gave me exactly what I wanted. They didn't break at all and I went three almost four weeks with the same set on and they stayed on without breaking. even when I went to get my fill they were nice super affordable and the vibe was lively the cared and were super friendly I definitely will be coming back for another fill. read more

My usual spa was full so called Medford nails for a manicure. They got me in. I got a gel manicure .. it was $35. The manicurist took all my former gel polish off with a dremel. I don't like this as I see it taking off part of my nail as well as the polish. It was the quickest manicure I've ever had. She did not do anything with my cuticles at all even though they were in need. After a thorough inspection, I have areas on the sides of my nails that were missed and some are quite far from the cuticle. You definitely get what you pay for. I won't be back. read more

Went with my partner to get her nails removed recently and we witnessed something that should be a health code violation! As a part of removal of the nails you need to soak your nails in acetone. Which they did but here's where the worst parts comes, when she was done soaking her nails and it was time to file the rest off the gentleman took the same bottle of acetone he used to fill the glass bowl with originally and soaked up the used acetone back into the bottle!!!!! My partner said her acrylic was floating in the acetone when he soaked it up into the bottle!!! That is ABSOLUTELY VILE AND DISGUSTING and this place should he shut down immediately or at least inspected!!! read more

Gross place! Went for a pedicure; ended up with something more like foot surgery. My man's technique was wacky. Without warning -- or permission from me -- he made 2 deep clips of the nail of my big toe - near the skin -- in a wide V, cutting towards by body. My toe was immediately painful. It has been many weeks and my big toe is still problematic, the pain wakes me from sleeping. The nail on this side of my big toe will not grow now. Went to a foot doctor, have taken courses of antibiotics, next plan is anti fungal medicine, if that doesn't work it will require toe surgery. I am mad at myself for not walking out as soon as I was told to soak my feet in a tub without a plastic liner -- a clean liner that I watched being installed -- or walking out when I saw his pile of tools soaking -- into which he added tools used on me into, and indiscriminately withdrew tools from to use on me immediately after. The man is not qualified. His wife is a bully. Beware !!! Be willing to bolt for the door mid procedure (it may save your life!). read more

The couple that runs this shop are amazingly kind. I called very short notice and she was *thankfully* able to get me and my friend in. (But I do recommend that you call and make an appointment) My friend want these beautiful ombré nails for Halloween, while I just wanted a simple sparkly green and they killed our expectations. 100% coming back again read more

Today my partner went into Medford Nails and had acrylic nails applied and then painted, the husband started her out by applying the acrylic nails and he did a great job, then here comes the issue, then his wife took over and painted them, she didn't handle the nails good at all, didn't apply cuticle oil so the skin around the nails look terrible, and the gel topcoat she applied begins to yellow as it dried which is a clear sign that they are using a cheap gel product. (See White & blue snow flake picture) She ended up paying $70 to Medford Nails which included a tip (she said it was for the husbands great work on applying and shaping the acrylic nails, not for wife's terrible service) my partner does not like conflict so she paid and left. And she drove to Ashland Nail & Spa and had her nails repainted and you can see the difference because they added nail oil (see 2nd pic of see thru nail paint job, stark difference in quality). She headed home and told me her story, I was upset and called Medford Nails and asked to speak to the owner and the lady that answered was the wife who did my partners nails and I asked what their process was for customers who where unsatisfied. She told me she wouldn't talk to me about it she would only talk to my partner. Convenient. So here's our response to that among other steps. The 1st photo is of Medford Nails The 2nd photo is what Ashland Nails & Spa did. Night and day in quality. Medford Nails is a terrible business to go. And Ashland Nails & Spa is Amazing DO NOT GO HERE. read more

No Stars! They are so rude and I understand there is a virus Covid going around, and I've had it and hade the vaccinations, but they go to Hawaii and come back and ask are you sick 6 times before I walked out. But first made me change my mask, which the one I had on was good. They said " To small" your mask to small. I put one of their on after 5 minutes of are you sure your not sick. They will be out of of business in no time w this attitude. We all know to wear masks and stay home if your sick. read more

If you only read one review, read this one MEDFORD NAILS GAVE ME AN INGROWN TOENAIL. I normally don't review places, good or bad. Even if I have a terrible experience, I don't believe in bashing a business because maybe they were just having a bad day, and this is their livelihood. I have never had an ingrown toenail before, but while I was getting a pedicure the guy was hurting me so badly I said stop multiple times in escalating volume until I was shouting. My toe was bleeding. But that's happened before. A week later and my toenail hurts so bad that lying in bed with a sheet touching my toe is enough to induce throbbing pain. Apart from that, the polish job was terrible (he painted over my cuticles and even my skin), I waited with my toes in the water for over half an hour WITH an appointment, and the price was significantly more than what I paid for a pedicure in San Francisco. This place is terrible, and dangerous. read more

My wife is a travel nurse so we are always looking for a new nail salon when we move! It's very hard to get a reservation in this area but they were able to accommodate us so quickly. The owners are such hard workers and are so kind, they have many regulars that have come in while we are there and are so attentive and ask how their job is going, kids etc and that is just a small glimpse into who these owners are. I have absolutely loved the nails we have gotten every time we have gone and they are also very covid safe which makes me feel so good about going here. I know that there are some negative reviews but if you're going to listen to anyone of them listen to this one. I love Medford nails, the care and attention they take to detail makes every time we go there worth it. read more

I have to start by saying the people working here are very sweet and friendly. They were able to get us in on a Saturday the same day we called, which was great. I took my mom and dad who were visiting me along and we were able to convince my dad to come by telling him he'd get a great foot/ calf massage. They didn't end up massaging him very much at all and the pedicures were kind of pricey for being what they were. I would say this place is great if you just need to get your polish changed or want color on your toes. If you're looking for a full relaxing spa experience, you should look elsewhere. read more

Well when I walked into this business they call it Medford nails my goodness the first thing was the smell overwhelming I can't explain what it smells like it's just a very strong and potent odor very unpleasant it actually made me nauseated to the point where I have to walk out and take my nausea medication. They have no public restroom the owner came out chewy there was food all over his face and falling out of his mouth while he's speaking to me trying to speak to me and I asked him how much it was to get a fill on my toenails and he told me I need a pedicure before he would fill my nails that was 65 just for the pedicure plus the fill. It wasn't the money that turned me away it was the smell and it's so gross it's the worst I've ever been in anywhere to be honest with you I would not recommend it!!!! read more

This place is amazing! They have wonderful service, great conversation, and they do a fantastically good job on your nails. The prices are fair, and the people there are super friendly! Awful awful AWFUL!!! Yes the price is low and they get you in and out fast BUT I would soooo much rather spend an extra $10 and go somewhere where they actually seem to care about there job!!! First of all they were 20 minutes late to the appointment I made as they took 2 walk ins as I got There (I was 10 minutes early) so appointments don't seem to matter to them. When they did finally take me I was then told they didn't accept cards. They did not tell me this on the phone and it was nowhere on there website but thankfully I had a little bit of cash on me. They didn't file down the natural nail like they were supposed to and didn't do any steps that most nail places to do to make for the best results. I got my nails done at Medford Nails on the 13th of May so just 10 days ago and I have had several break now. They filed down the acrylic so much that they are so fragile I can barely do anything. One broke while I was folding laundry, one broke while I was washing my hair and one broke when I was asleep... I highly Advise that you do not go here and would recommend going To Kutie nails off of Delta waters road. They are so kind and I have never received Anything but the best from them! read more

Medford Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Medford, Oregon

I had an appointment for 11 am on 7/12/21. When I went in I told Tony, the owner that the 3 solar nails he filled for me where coming off, (When he assured me that they will last between 4-6 weeks). He had only done my nails 2 1/2 weeks prior. He said to me, "don't complain I fix them". When I sat down he asked me where my files were, I told him in my car. He told me to go get them. He then filed my nails, roughly grabbing each finger to file individually. I could tell he was upset with me. When completed with the fill, which was supposed to cost $22 he charged me $32. Ripped me off! I assumed when he said he would (fix) them, that he would repair them for free. Just before I left he said to me,If you're not happy with us, find someone else! I have been getting my my nails done for over 30 years. I have never been treated so rude in my life. There are many other places to get your nails done in southern Oregon. Don't go there! I absolutely would not refer anyone to go there. read more

I will never come here again. Tony was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't take any time on my nails. They're uneven and the ring finger on my left hand, the glitter is clearly clumpy. He was going to have his wife try and fix them for me but she had left to go pick her son up from school. So he ended up working with another customer leaving me sitting there for 20 minutes until he decided she wasn't coming back anytime soon and rushed to finish my nails. I paid $52 for these trash nails. They told me a full set over the phone, would be 30-40. Unbelievable. Would NEVER recommend this salon to ANYONE. read more

Medford Nails was one of the best salons i've been to in Medford. They did an absolute amazing job. I usually never do reviews but their work was so great!! Called here after another salon had no time to do our nails, the nice lady who answered the phone said she could do our nails at 6:30. After I got off the phone I realized they close at 6:30. We got there and there were other people there and we waited about an hour after we got there...which wasn't a big deal because they were accomodating us by seeing us on short notice. When we did get in the chairs to get our pedicures they were VERY nice and did a wonderful job and even gave us a discount for waiting so long even though they were the ones who stayed late to do our nails. We will definitely be returning. read more

Medford Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Shady and rude. I wanted a simple manicure and this was close to where I was. I walked in, started looking at colors and the man says:"you know we don't take credit cards, right?" .. no but that's cool I have cash. Then the lady asks if I had a nail kit, file and buffer? I said no. She said "well it's oregon law so you have to pay $2 over" No worries.. if I can't afford $2 extra I shouldn't be getting my nails done, right? So I said "ok. That's so weird I've gotten my nails done plenty of other places in Oregon without that." Rude lady "wellnits oregon law blah blah if you don't want to pay it you go can go somewhere else" I said I didn't care about going somewhere else or paying it I was simply commenting offhandedly that it was weird. Well they both got extremely rude and it continued, seems like they don't want business.. so I said ok well I'm fine with paying extra but I'm not instrested in giving my money to someone being so rude to me. So I walked out with them still yelling after me. I'm a nice and calm person, a nanny for over a decade and in nursing school.. and I was still calm through this whole thing, she was a bit crazy. Or maybe they're a front for some other business, taking only cash and not simply rolling the price of this "law" into their normal price . Whatever. I'm sure there's other places who actually want customers haha. Long review to say.. I think these people are nuts, shady, or just hate people. Great combo for customer service profession. read more

Need i say more.... I will the husband is a very rude grumpy person. I went to get my color just changed and he hurt me, so I sort of jumped and he angrily said,( in his language something to his wife) And then stopped doing my nails and had her finish. I asked, why is he angry? Her response oh! He is like that sometimes. Well, he shouldn't be with his customers. The customer is always first. I'm in sales and I work very hard for my clients, so maybe he should learn MANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNIQUES!! I will never go back and there are many other places in Medford that do nails and much better than they do them. read more
