No idea what changed but the service is extremely rushed, the lady owner is rude and gave me a dirty look after she didn't like the 30% tip! Way nicer, cleaner nail places in town that actually appreciate customer rather than treating them like a burden! Wont be back! read more

Traveling through and needed to get my nails done. Everyone here was polite and prompt and helpful. I appreciate how detail oriented the gentleman was who did my nails. I got a gel manicure. He was absolutely meticulous and my nails have never looked so cleanly painted despite it being a pretty difficult to work with darker color. The place was clean and relaxing and fairly quiet on a Saturday morning. Would happily come back again if I was in town! read more

Excellent service and cleanliness. All the tools used are sterilized in small packages. Michelle does a great job with pedicures. Lots of colors to choose from. Very soothing experience overall! read more

I made an appointment for a couple of people, it was wedding time instead of them, letting us know that they couldn't get us all at the same time they booked us and we were in a hot sweaty room for about three hours. In saying this, the salon is clean, they're very good at what they do, they're very kind. And it wasn't a terrible experience, but I would say definitely the thing you do need to do with the wedding party is let them know if you can't get them all at the same time because time is crucial when women are getting married. Other than that lovely experience and if I was in the big party then yes I would go again. read more

Did a gel manicure. The staff was nice and accommodating, but the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. Honestly, I could've done a better job myself. Manicure is $27 with a file and a buffer, I didnt see be taken out of a new package. You are told about the extra $2 bucks after they are done. Not the best mani in the world. A lady named Helen did my nails she could work on her customer service. Everyone else seemed nice. If I go back I will not take another appointment with her. It is clean enough. Having gel nails done every five or six weeks for over a year at Oasis has spoiled me for ever having them done at another salon! Michelle and Lee really know their profession and always get it right the first time! The salon is clean, comfortable and friendly, reasonably priced considering they still look good for over a month! It helps that I use a natural color, French tips and a bit of sparkle! read more

Wow! I needed a "hard gel fill." I got right in due to a cancellation and Lee did an amazing job! I will definitely go back.

AVOID THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LIFE. "first person to file a complaint in ten years" is something said to EVERY BAD REVIEW FILED EVER. DO NOT TRUST ANY EMPLOYEE HERE. DISGRACE OF A BUSINESS, MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS TO CUSTOMERS. If I could, I leave 0 stars. Went here for a simple acrylic job. The staff was super friendly IN THE SALON ONLY and welcoming to my boyfriend and I but completely butchered my nails. I asked for a simple heart design on my nails and was charged 70 dollars where as I read in reviews they normally charge 45 for a full acrylic set. 25 extra dollars for 4 lopsided hearts on nails that look too thick to be natural. So disappointed. As a college student with low funds, I've never felt so let down by a nail artist. Don't get me wrong the service was impeccable (only in the salon) but my nails look amateur and fucked up. It took less than an hour to get in an out but it felt rushed and I feel like thats what ended up ruining the design. ADD ON- I approached the nail artist later in the evening and was told "no refunds" and to "ask to fix it." Why would i ask the people who originally screwed up my nails to fix them? Completely unprofessional establishment and staff. Never going here again. A V O I D!!! looking at other reviews, the manager specifically is rude and unprofessional. im expecting a horribly mean response from what ive seen from other customers. absolute disgraceful "business" learn how to conduct yourselves properly before running a CUSTOMER CENTERED BUSINESS. laughable how terrible every staff member is at addressing complaints. they are butthurt and upset when people have any poor reviews. AVOID. read more

Six months new to Ashland and was missing pedicure time. Saw that this nail spa got good reviews and noticed they invite walk ins. The whole experience was wrong from the start. Came in with my sister and the gentleman at front desk said sorry we don't accept walk-ins. I pointed out the yelp on the spa and he said oh they require it. Ha!! Nope a total lie. I've seen on other yelps that states needs reservations. When I asked to make reservations he said oh we have an opening at 3:30 but nothing for two. He said oh we have an opening for one at 10:45. Grrrrr!!! I told my sister to take it. While waiting a woman was answering the phone while working on a woman's toes, she was taking reservations for 12, 12:30.... etc!! What the hell!!! When it was time for my sisters pedicure it was probably a total of 20 minutes (I'm being generous) no scrub, the woman didn't want to touch her feet and as soon as my sister was done and got a chance to breathe she was asked to pay! The other woman before her was left for her feet to dry and relax before being asked to pay. The difference between me, my sister and the other woman getting services was the color of our skin. I hate the thought of thinking this but I was so disappointed. I will not go back or set up an appointment. I will spend my hard earned cash somewhere I feel deserved it more! ########## Just noticed response from owner. Yes you did advise me to go to the other salon but you should know I do my research and the other salon got horrible reviews! I noticed that the oasis received pretty good reviews but there's no accounting for taste. I also wanted to add i did get your private message in which you show your true colors!! I'm going to attach it to this so EVERYONE can see it! Bad form sir bad form!!!! read more

I waked in and made appointment for later that day. Owner misquoted gel pedicure + removal price early in the day, then charged me $10 more than her verbal quote. She quoted $40 then charged me $50. When I challenged her, she couldn't remember what she quoted me. It's the principle of not honoring her verbal quote that is upsetting to me. read more

Very reasonable prices with very friendly people. The over all feeling in the salon was calm and peaceful. Nail techs are not pushy at all and do not rush the process. The job is very satisfying/professional and not a sloppy painful mess. My nail tech was very gentle as well as consistent. My nails look EXACTLY how I wanted them. Which is a nice surprise since I never been this happy with my nails. I even smudged both hands two different times while leaving the salon and he had no problem fixing them twice in a row haha. (Once on the car door handle as well as hitting the desk after repainting them) Best in Ashland and will always return. read more

When I am in a new place I look carefully at Yelp reviews before trying a service. I am disappointed in my choice of a salon for a pedicure today after seeing this salon had 4+ stars. I am sure there are nail technicians who are great there, and the place seems to have a regular following. I got the new staff person, so I am generously giving my review 2 stars (she was a lovely person and was trying-so she gets 3 stars, but didn't seem to know her way around, so shame on the salon for putting someone new and not very well trained with a customer unsupervised-so the salon owner/manager gets 1 star). I am visiting Ashland for a month and was in bad need of a pedicure so I paid $18 extra for the deluxe service with extra callous removal and leg massage. $45 plus the nail kit cost is a pricey pedicure. I wasn't wearing my glasses so didn't see how she was doing during the treatment. My feet have about the same level of callous as before, my nails are cut at angles unevenly and the polish is smeared on my skin around my nails. So I needed to clean up my feet when I got home. A highlight was the leg massage and sugar scrub, with hot wraps which was fabulous. She should have left the towels on 5 minutes longer because that felt great though. I like that the salon uses a fresh nail kit for everyone, even if they charge you for it. So in my opinion, go somewhere else or ask for the technicians the other reviews recommend. read more

I was not impressed. The color was way off from what I'd wanted and the nail tech ws distracted with phone calls the whole time. And then other clients started to arrive and so the appointment felt very rushed. One nail was much smaller and shaped different than the rest. I took them off and bought color street nails and will not return. It was unfortunate because it was my first time in years having my nails done and for $52 plus an $8 tip I left disappointed. The nail tech was nice though just very rushed. read more

AWESOME service. I've been to a lot of nail salons (white owned, Asian owned etc) and I have never experienced service this great. I usually don't expect good service from nail salons just because but wow staff was incredibly friendly and let my boyfriend sit next to me in a massage chair. Only 3 people working and they are incredibly hard workers!!!! Will be returning! I removed my 3 star review (because my mani only lasted a short while) but I didn't get gel and I'm a server so that is expected read more

Gentle, careful, and beautiful end result. Facility is clean and quiet. Book about 1 week in advance.

This is still my favorite nail salon in southern Oregon! I've been coming here religiously every 2 weeks since February without missing a beat. They're so friendly and Michelle does an incredible job. Calling to book an appointment is your best bet, and the gel manicures are absolutely worth the $30. My nails have never been healthier, stronger, or longer in my entire life. I love their color changing polishes and nail art, but mostly love that anything I want to try they're willing to make happen! Thanks guys! :) read more

Michelle is rude and unprofessional. I do not appreciate the treatment I got, she messed up on my nails badly, and she is a liar. She has absolutely no respect for her paying customers. She needs to realize that she wouldn't be able to pay her bills, nor keep her shop open without these customers. What kind of business has a crying, disturbing and uncontrollable screaming kid running around their shop? What kind of business are they running?! Their customers pay for a relaxing time to get their nails and feet done, it's not a daycare. It is very dirty and smells of feces. I am very disappointed in this place of business. They have no business working there if that's how they are treating customers, and running their business with no care about people and what they want. Don't waste your time and money there, not worth it, there's no peace. read more

Finally a great and affordable nail salon in Ashland! I saw Helen and she totally pampered me and made me feel like I left with a different pair of hands and feet! She even did intricate nail art $6.00 on my toes, for a reasonable cost of $46 for mani AND pedi!!!!! I don't get manicures on a regular basis and when I do, I really want to feel pampered and Helen did just that. The atmosphere had a modern flair, playing appropriate and relaxing music. Plus I got a sense they really pride themselves to create a clean and sterile nail salon. Keep up the great work!!!! Thank you! read more

I am not an expert on mani and pedi, but I enjoyed getting a pedicure at this salon. It's spacious and clean, and they took me as a walk in. The pedi was $27, plus they had me buy a $3 personal nail care kit (sounded like that was required for health and safety reasons). There were 4 manicurists there, and only myself and another client, at 2 pm on Wednesday. I haven't gotten a pedicure in years, so considering that my feet look great now. They have a wall with a selection of hundreds of colors of nail polish. I let my 3 year old pick one out, and she came back with deep red. So my toes are painted beautiful red now, and my feet and legs feel great after the hot water soak and massage with oils and creams. Too bad we don't live in Ashland, otherwise I'd come back soon. read more

Probably the fastest yet worst pedicure I have ever had. My husband asked for the callus add on, he got nothing different in his pedicure compared to mine. They didn't scrub either of our feet at all. No "spa massage" like we were told, just a quick addition of some lotion to our legs for maybe 2 minutes. The guy I had did do a good job on trimming my nails and painting them but that was about it. And both of our chairs were broken...needless to say we won't be coming back... read more
