Would smile up at me after he made some obvious denigrating comment to his "wife"? Glopped on the polish. Like used real old paint thrown against a wall of crumbling drywall. I tipped $10. Woman (wife?) said "make appointment!" I smiled and said, "Not likely." Hope others have better experiences. The women are pleasant enough. The TV is tuned to nature, soothing, and tranquil. The chair is wonderfully relaxing. I liked the rapid, foot, ankle and leg massage, as the man has forearm strength the women are lacking. I sat in the rain and waited for them to show up for my appointment for 20 minutes. 2 weeks earlier before leaving my nail appointment, I made an appointment. They say they open at 9 AM. I AM appointment, they said 915. I didn't like it, but I didn't have a choice, so I went with it. on the showed up at 9:15, the lights were not on, no one was there. I waited 10 minutes, and then finally called, she acted like her husband had called me, before telling me they gonna be able to make it to do my nails. this was the day before Christmas Eve, so as you can imagine, there's no way I could get them done, two of my nails are broken and look trashy, I hate riding, but I would never want this to happen to someone else. Includes: clean nail surface, oil/trim cuticles *5 stars for perfect cuticles*, and nail trim. IF you have short nails ask for "trim, not cut" *you're welcome* Basic pedicure was super basic, actually less than basic. The lady who did my pedicure was fine. My cuticles are OnlyFans picture perfect, I should probably come more often. The rest of the pedicure was *eh* The exfoliation was nothing worth mentioning and the foot massage was missing/weird.. they kinda just rubbed their forearm up/down my shin (between knee and ankle) while staring into space. I think that there is a time assigned *smart business model* and w/o polish they just don't know what to do. I would come again for the basics. It's a step up from a cosmetology school service. Was so excited to get my nails done and was extremely grateful they took me in right away. However, I asked for French tip and had to ask to fix them twice and even after had multiple nails that looked completely different. The shape of the nails was super uneven NOT CLEAN at all. I made an appointment, letting Rose know I would be using a gift certificate. My mom gifted this to me a few years ago....Gift Certificates DO NOT expire in the state of OR. I scheduled a full set of acrylics. The price board says $50, although she charged me $60. I asked for short almond. There were several times she buffed too long, burning my finger. My cuticles are a mess and bloody. The polish is lumpy and the backs of the nails are gross. These are photos from day of service. I gave them a second chance after a terrible experience in July. 2 pedicures and one gel mani, was $210 and they demanded that I go get cash. The mani wad done while I was sitting in the pedicure chair, she came and put a filthy decorative pillow in my lap. Nicked my mom several times. Not to mention it's just dirty. Pedicures were suppose to be $30, manicures $50. They wanted $204, which was way over and argued about it then wouldn't take my card so they made me go down to the smoke shop and use the ATM. During our manicure they made my cuticles bleed and also kept the sander so long on my nail bed that it began to burn. It was my first time bringing my sister there and I will NEVER go back. One woman, who did my sisters pedicure, was very kind and did a very nice job. However, the quality work on our manicures and the finished product is sub par with poor shaping. Save your money and book somewhere else. So disappointed. Not going to a place that causes injury and then overcharge me. read more

I had a gel manicure a couple of days ago. It was the most expensive I've ever had and one of the worst I've ever had. I left with uneven nails (I like my nails short and square so nothing too difficult, but they were different lengths that I had to file shorter when I got home). I also needed a nail repair that I made her aware of when she first started. As she was cutting them shorter and filing I thought she had fixed it just by filing. The next morning, I was taking a shower and caught my hair in the crack in my nail. It was then that I realized that she hadn't properly fixed the crack in my nail. You cannot rely on the pricing chart because when the manicure was finished, it was easily $15-$18 more than what the chart stated. Usually I'm not one to complain but I have had hundreds of manicures (over the years) and think I have some experience in understanding what is typical or expected in Nail services. With other nail salons within a few miles, I will definitely be using one of them for future appointments. read more

Deluxe Pedicure includes nail trim, scrub of legs & feet, paraffin wax with warm towel wrap of legs, wonderful massage ending in four coats of polish. Perfection! Manicure was simple for me. Picked this place due to good reviews but should've read the bad ones too. We called for reservation & ran late so called back & she said they could still take 4 of us. When we got there only 3 available & that was ok because one of us was a child & was hesitant. 2 of us got ok pedicures (although 1 of those was fixing cuticles herself later) the other 1 had problems with her person hurting her & thought it was a language problem but she did it again & then was translated to her & still did it again! When she was asked to stop and we wanted a different attendant to do her nails the owner was rude & said no. They then offered to have that same attendant do the child's nails & we were definitely not going to have our little girls first pedicure done by someone who can't be gentle! They acted annoyed & were not helpful at all. Will never go back or refer. Also they acted annoyed when I got up to choose my nail color from the wall. They wanted us to choose from a color sample they had but I did not like that idea so I went to choose from the bottles on the wall. They were pushy about it too. So our friend who did choose from the sample was not happy with her color. It was nothing like the color she chose. Place was clean enough but not well experienced or kind. This is not the place to try something new--I asked if it's possible to use builder gel, the owner said she would try but has only used it once before. I even brought in my own supply so she wouldn't have to use her product. She began by doing my nails like she was doing acrylic nails, however, with builder gel you build over top of your natural nail not file them down to the lower layer of nail. While the results turned out nicely, they broke within a couple of days because of the thin layer of gel she used on my nails. I returned and asked if she could fix it but she wanted to charge me full price. I moved up here from San Francisco, and any time you're not satisfied with your results they fix it free of charge. I'm very disappointed and will probably have to start making trips outside of the Rogue Valley area to get quality nail care. read more

We are from out of town and my daughter and I came in for pedicures and a gel manicure. The girl did my daughter's gel manicure on a pillow while she was getting a pedicure and it looked like a child had painted her nails. It was messy, lumpy, and there was gel polish all over her cuticles! We tried to explain to her that it was not acceptable but she couldn't understand because she does not speak any english. When I tried to talk to another lady she told me to talk to someone else because she was busy. So rude! The man that did my pedicure was also rude and rough in handling my feet, and I had to ask for the sugar scrub which is part of the service!
