TLDR don't get your nails done here. Unless you have $100 to throw away. I was a walk-in customer. I called ahead of time and the owner fit me in. She serviced my hands and it was an extremely sloppy job. I don't do my nails often but I've been to enough salons to know the typical process of a gel manicure. The owner had me rest my hands on a towel while they were cured under UV light. Needless to say, the towel fibers would catch on wet polish and leave scratches on undone surfaces. She tried to buffer them off but I insisted on having them repainted. Obviously the owner was rushing. I'm not sure why, since she said she had availability. Including myself, there was only 3 customers in the shop and 3 nail techs. We could have each had a nail tech and everyone could have gotten attentive service. One of the customers was just sitting there while the owner did my hands and an employee did my feet. Hygiene is a major concern. The aforementioned towel fell on the floor multiple times. The owner just picked it up and laid it back to where it was, and expected me to continue resting my hands on it. I should have terminated my visit and left right then. Out of the 3 nail techs, only one was wearing gloves. She switched from another customer to me and I don't believe I saw her donning a new pair of gloves in between. Again, I should have got up and left. I don't know where I left my brain that day. Never have I gotten a gel manicure that chipped and peeled and cracked as severely as THIS anywhere. Reason why I get gel manicures is because they're supposed to last at least 2 weeks. It's been a little over a week and 5/10 nails have come undone, it's as if I never did my nails, and I have no choice but to spend another $100 to fix the mess that this salon created before an event. I rarely leave 1 star reviews for small businesses but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. It's been over a week and I'm still livid. I live out of town so I can't be bothered to confront the owner and ask for my money back, but I hope my experience helps other Yelpers make informed choices. read more

This place used to be my go-to spot & honestly it's not even worth it anymore unless you need an absolute basic pedicure. If they happen to do something wrong with your service they will blame it on not being able to speak English and will proceed to talk about you. I come from a family with much diversity & with all the new technology, a language barrier should not be an issue or excuse for lack there of.. Ive been going here for years (as if they noticed) & was just overall hurt & disappointed- unfortunately, will not be returning.. my toes literally need a whole BBL now & I didn't even know that was possible!! read more

They did a great job with the shaping and they were super understanding and accommodating. Pricing was reasonable but acrylic isn't flush with cuticles so it looks a little grown out but you can't really tell. If I could leave a zero I would. walked in with a design in mind the man, bo said he would be able to do the design, wife decided to rebuttal and claim he could not and threaten to charge me $90 for a medium set, despite the fact that the regular pricing for the set was $50-$60. The wife then encouraged me to change my mind to a French tip, despite this being a design that I did not want to do, and offered it to me for $50. I agreed as long as it was a black French tip. The husband did not seem like he knew what he was doing and asked the wife questions on each step along the way, and ended up using white fake tips. He then use these tips as a guide, which resulted in my nails not being French tips but rather nude with black squares at the tip. I asked for square shape, or coffin, instead was left with oval. My cuticles were dry covered in acrylic product, and overall it was painful and embarrassing. Everything was highly unsanitary, The gel was left wet, and I was charged for medium length despite my nails being short,he used his nail as a tool even though he had gloves on, it was still rather disturbing. And at the end of the appointment the wife tried to argue with me about the original design that I had asked for. Overall I am unsatisfied with my experience, the pricing was ridiculous, and their inability to deal with simple request was honestly startling. I did not leave a tip. read more

This wasn't the first time I have been into the salon I have been going there about six months prior to this appointment and I hadn't been in there for maybe close to a year I had gone in to talk to the owners wife and wanted to make an appointment with her husband because I've seen him for about six months when I made the appointment...when I made on the telephone with the wife I specifically said her husband that I wanted to make my appointment with...when it came time for my appointment I walked in and the wife had sat me down and she started doing my nails when I asked about her husband doing my nails she said that he had never done my nails and that she had always done my nails I felt like I was in twilight zone I couldn't believe I actually had her do the rest of my nails...my fault.. I really needed them done and had an important event..she just kept telling me I've been doing your nails the whole time and her husband never did my nails just my toes... I will never go back there again and that was the worst day of getting my nails experience.. I am a retired nail tech for 27 years I did... No client..Customer should never...ever be treated like that I'll never go again... read more

Bo and Tiffany, the owners, operate this shop and perform all of the services personally. They are super sweet and friendly...treat you like family. I get my pedicures here. Bo gives the best foot massages in the valley! Nice, comfy massage chairs. And they never try to upsell you like a lot of the nail technicians at other salons do. I originally was really excited to have some "mommy time" and get a manicure with gel polish as a reward for not biting my nails in a month. There was no one in the nail salon when I came in and they almost seemed put out by the fact I was a walk-in. When they did the "prep" for my nails both people were short with me and did not really try to relate. The gel job was sloppy and I was disappointed that it chipped within 2 days. I went in to get acrylics and a pedicure. Bo took a lot of time on my feet which I really appreciated, but the pedicure was missing basic pedicure components like the scrub. They just used basic hand soap instead of exfoliating scrub. Also, Tiffany gave me the worst acrylics of my life. They started falling off 2 days after they were put on and she rushed through them so fast that she did a very bad job. I took my nails to another salon to get them fixed and I don't plan on returning to the salon anytime soon. Finally, they charge you 3 dollars for a kit of disposable tools they use for your feet which they would have to throw away if you refuse to buy them, which is just ridiculous. read more
