I found all this out after we signed and after the installation by doing some research online and came across an article that explains a class action in the state of California which represented clients who were swindled and scammed by the company putting a lien on unsuspecting senior elderly, and veteran consumers, and in our case it is the same . Company just sent someone out in July to do the inspection on the air conditioning, should been a red flag there.
