We contacted them on Monday and had our free in-home attic inspection scheduled by the end of the day. Their service was wonderful, they gave us proper advice and plan for the installation and swiftly installed it without causing any hastles. We loved their service and would recommend it all.

I did extensive online research for a company to come remove the current insulation, sanitize and install new insulation. As like many of us do, once I started looking Facebook magically started putting adds for it on my feed for insulation companies. S.U.N. Energy was one of the first I saw. They were advertising a great special for the month of June in my area. When I researched them directly I found they had some very good views but a few things concerned me. 1. They were not local to me 2. Didn't have a lot of reviews 3. Didn't have a good rating with the BBB. I approached with caution but still reached out. I was did business with a local paver company that had an "A" rating with the BBB and it was the worst contractor experience of my life. So I gave them a shot. In all honesty they were the best insulation company that I interviewed. They gave me Free estimate over the phone. When I expressed my concerns about them not being a local company, they drove down (3 hours) to give me some face to face time. I dealt with Shawn and it was a pleasure. He thoroughly explained the process to me and multiple options for payment. No high pressure sales. He was also the team leader that showed up on time to our home to get the job done.. He and his crew were all fantastic. They made what is by nature a very messy job as manageable as possible. They took all necessary precautions and cleaned up after themselves. It was very good transaction and based on my experience I would highly recommend this group. My original concerns were completely unwarranted, even if they did come from a Facebook advertisement.

Replaced my AC unit with them a few years back and now have my twice a year maintenance with them as well. Parker has been my representative the last few visits and he always does a thorough job AND takes the the time to show me the things he has taken care of and will give me tips on things to keep my AC running right. I have had the same experience with another rep but I can't remember his name. Great company and a great team!!

The tech looked at every thing and said I had a leak in my condenser unit coil. He could "hear it". So I asked if it was fixable. He said maybe not sure, and that someone will reach out to me tomorrow. Next morning their sales guy comes out and says you need a new unit. Later on in the day he sends a quote for $17,400. I call and ask if it's repairable, (I looked on line and I could by the part my self). He says the part is obsolete, really? I am looking at it on line and can have it at my door step in 2 days. So I knew it was BS and they just wanted to sell me a new unit. So to get another view I called American air and heat. There tech was more through than Scott's Tech and he pin pointed the leak quickly. Gave me a quote on the spot for $2100 and they had it fixed the next day.
