I had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more I requested the advertised $99 air duct and dryer vent cleaning service on June 2. After inspecting my vents and main A/C unit, the technician quoted me $600 for additional deep cleaning and sanitizing services. I asked whether the 15% coupon could be applied, but was told it could not, so I decided not to proceed. About one week later, during my regular A/C tune-up, my A/C provider found that the drain pipe around the A/C unit had been raised/disconnected, causing water to collect at the bottom of the A/C unit and around the filter area. I had to pay $393 for an evaporator drain line cleaning and flush. Before this visit, the A/C was working properly, and we did not touch or adjust the unit. I contacted the company with photos and the repair invoice, but after 10 days, I still received no response. Very disappointing experience, both with the service visit and the lack of follow-up.
