I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I requested the advertised $99 air duct and dryer vent cleaning service on June 2. After inspecting my vents and main A/C unit, the technician quoted me $600 for additional deep cleaning and sanitizing services. I asked whether the 15% coupon could be applied, but was told it could not, so I decided not to proceed. About one week later, during my regular A/C tune-up, my A/C provider found that the drain pipe around the A/C unit had been raised/disconnected, causing water to collect at the bottom of the A/C unit and around the filter area. I had to pay $393 for an evaporator drain line cleaning and flush. Before this visit, the A/C was working properly, and we did not touch or adjust the unit. I contacted the company with photos and the repair invoice, but after 10 days, I still received no response. We booked an air duct cleaning using the add in the home magazine for Orlando, confirmed pricing and services over the phone and the day of the services we stayed home from work to have the cleaning complete to be met with a call a few minutes before saying they need to push back the apt a few hours. A guy then shows up in a broke down white mini van, looks around our house like he was trying to case the house to rob us and then tells us that it will cost us over $2000. We told him about the ad and that we booked the special and he basically told us it's a fake ad and they do not honor it. Very very sketchy. Thank god we have home cameras bc this company is a scam. Had them come to my house for the special advertised. They then looked into our system and said it would be $900. I immediately declined and they came down to $500. The advertised price with dryer vent cleaning was $109 so I declined the charge of $500 as well. They would not clean our ducks or dryer vent as that was also included in the $109. we called and asked for duct cleaning which our home has not had for 10 years the guy said they will do it and also clearing the molds that built in our air system and quoted us $540 but when they come although he was very nice person he said they quoted w/o duct cleaning on the quote even though he said on the initially visit he said dict cleaning will be included. Date of service July 23, 2025 Scheduled dryer vent cleaning for $109 as advertised in Premier Florida Magazine. Technician arrived in a dilapidated unmarked van Technician uncharged me $300 for a "Dryer Deep Cleaning" because he said I had lint in the dryer vent. Obviously as this is the reason I hired them to clean the dryer vent. I reluctantly agreed to the up charge because my dryer had been showing a code for a blocked vent and the dryer was shutting off during use to prevent a fire The technician did not go up on the roof to finish cleaning the vent. All work was done from the inside of my home. All other dryer vent cleaning companies that I have hired in the past have gone up on the roof to complete the vent cleaning process. Less than 30 days after ABC Air Duct Services partially cleaned my vent with the "Dryer Deep Cleaning", the dryer codes came back. I called them back to discuss what was happening and they agreed to send a technician out to my home with a ladder to go up on the roof to inspect the blocked vent One hour before the technician was supposed to arrive, he called me to tell me he was on his way, and when I inquired about the ladder, he told me he didn't have one. He didn't show up as scheduled. I have been trying to call the business, yet they will not pick up their phone I have no recourse because I paid with a check because they do not accept credit cards. I was very impressed with ABC air duct services. They always answered the phone and were very kind and informative with me. As soon as I've mentioned my problem, they managed to send very quickly a nice person to clean the duct that was clogged. Aviad came before the time scheduled, to my nice surprise and was so kind, friendly and hard worker. He went above & beyond in his cleaning work and surprised me again, with such knowledge and outstanding job! I'll definitely recommend this company to any body who's seeking on time, great people and integrity to do their duct cleaning work. Very happy that I found them! This company is a joke. A guy came out in a beat up car with basically a box fan trying to clean out my ductwork. That's not how you do it. It should be on a truck with a huge amount of suction and they should be going to the return here at the furnace, cleaning the furnace and all the ducks. All he did was use a Brush to go up the dryer vent. That's not how you clean it out doesn't get the dirt out and also he did not do all the vents you need to take down every vent shove the wand up and clean it. All my dad had his own company. I do know how this operation works. These guys are a joke. They're a scam And they should be put out of business. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The technician was very rude and non caring. He tried to upsell me services up to 900.00 when I had a coupon for 99.00. He did not offer any explanations why the increase in new charges. The advertisement is clearly deceptive marketing practices. Once I declined services the tech continued to sit in my driveway and conduct business. I asked him to leave immediately. I made a call to the office to discuss my complaint, phone attendant so she will send grievance to management. Tech tried to upsell me to $850 disinfectant cleaning. The basic service includes the tech hooking up a big fan to 1 air vent and turning it on. I asked if that was enough suction for my 3k foot house. No hoses inside the vents. He then wiped each vent on the outside with a rag. I still had to follow to get remaining dust off of ceiling near vents. That was the extent of the cleaning. For the dryer vent, he disconnected the hose and cleaned that part out. He did not touch the dryer itself. He then asked if he could use my vacuum to clean up his mess. Totally a scam. Don't waste your $$. A joke!! read more

Called in reference to the $89 air duct cleaning coupon in Premier Winter Park magazine. Coupon stayed unlimited ducts per one AC unit, high-pressure negative air machine. The Technician (and I use that word loosely) showed up at 5:45 PM with a very small shop vac in hand with a hose maybe 4 feet long. Said he needed to conduct an inspection because my air ducts had not been cleaned in many years. Told him I wasn't interested in anything except cleaning the ducts for the $89 as advertised. He said he needed to conduct an inspection first, I said I was not interested. I just needed the cleaning. He said he could not do the cleaning without the inspection. He had ZERO INTEREST in cleaning the ducts. Once I made it clear I wasn't doing an "inspection" he was ready to leave. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company or it's services to anyone. Also, their website is very generic like they pulled random pictures off the internet. They have no method of leaving a review on their website which is highly unusual for a service industry business. I had a coupon for $99 air duct and dryer vent cleaning with UNLIMITED ducts per 1 A/C. The quality of service was below HORRIBLE!! The technician did a poor job, if any of cleaning the vents. He tried to provide a service greater than $1000. We told him we wanted the services listed on the coupon for the price listed! He also tried to promote some Disinfectant light!! He was about to leave and we asked what about the dryer vent cleaning. He then said he had a bad back and couldn't move the dryer and do the work!! We called the company to express this poor service. He wanted payment, but we expressed full service, if any service, was not performed as per coupon. He then proceeded to text the office while I was speaking to them. We refused to pay for the full service!! When he left we noticed that his car had a BAD oil leak that left oil spots all on our driveway. Be aware that ABC Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning is a Scam! The man came to my home after I saw an ad in the Volusia/Flagler Sept issue of Home Mag. I had a coupon for $109 air vent and dryer duct cleaning. He proceeded to "bait and switch". Offered me a $499 sanitation extra and I foolishly took it. It was probably vinegar! He also tried to sell me a light to rid my AC of "bacteria" for $1,000.00 ( that you can get on Amazon for $100) and $750.00 more in anti mold cleaning. This guy is a scammer and I am a senior who fell for part of his act. He preys on the elderly.
