Unfortunately the grill doesn't fit the cabinet, it's too big and sticks out in the front of the cabinet. When I complained about this to Hose, his response was that he didn't install the grill and cabinet therefore it was my problem. His lack of product knowledge and lack of customer service is shocking and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company at all. I like that - I didn't feel pressured to make any choices but my own. In the end (no hard sell he was a tru professional). I am extremely satisfied and can sleep well, knowing that I can burn a fire in my hearth and leave the rest of the house unharmed. Anyone reading this review who has a fireplace in their home should do regular inspections to make sure that they didn't have an event like I did. My damper failed and slammed shut and my entire house (and lungs) was filled with smoke and fire extinguisher residue. Get your fireplace and chimney inspected regularly it could cost your life if you don't. I'm making a nice warm fire today and thankful for their service! The night before they were suppose to come, they called at 9 pm stating they would not be able to make it. They also would not reschedule me at that time. I called back a few days later and was told they could not come out for several months. I was annoyed but I had already bought the Groupon and I wasn't using my fireplace in the middle of the summer so I decided to wait and let them come. This morning my wife received a phone call from them stating that they would not be coming next week because they no longer service our area. Its ridiculous that we waited 7 months and they could not schedule us. I will not recommend this company to anyone!
