Austin the service rep notified me and say he could arrived earlier as scheduled, which was great. When he arrived he professionally gauge tested the air flow on my roof which was showing 95% plus restricted. He then proceeded to clean out the exhaust behind the dryer with his equipment. During this process a commercial vacuum was running and caught all the lint. Austin also inspected the rear and inside of the dryer for lint which could be a fire hazard. After Austin finished with the cleaning process he professionally installed the dryer to the vent hose and retested the exhaust air flow on the roof which was now in an acceptable range. I noticed my dryer now drys my clothes in about half the time. The total cost was $119.00 which was well worth the price. I will be calling Young's annually to keep my dryer exhaust clean.

My damper failed and slammed shut and my entire house (and lungs) was filled with smoke and fire extinguisher residue. Get your fireplace and chimney inspected regularly it could cost your life if you don't. I'm making a nice warm fire today and thankful for their service! Kenneth went on the roof and spent some time up there checking it out. I was told it looked good and to start with a duraflame type log to make sure the smoke went where it was supposed to. It was stressed to me that if the smoke entered the home, I should only open the front door and nothing else, in order to draw the smoke up the chimney.
