I had called probably 2 months prior to our arrival at our home in Dunedin. The day prior I…read morereceived a text confirming my appointment that I had totally forgotten about as I didn't put it on my calendar. They told me the tech would text me 30 mins prior to arrival and my window was 8am-11am. I received a text from Angel around 9am and he and the other tech were at our place in 25 minutes. So far so good. I showed/explained our unit and Angel began a pretty intense inspection of our ducts/system with pictures. He advised the condition and what he thought would be a good plan. He didn't pressure or try to upsell anything, just advice. I believe if we went with the standard straight forward duct cleaning he would have performed it in the same manner. We chose deep clean and sanitization as our vents did have construction debris (YUP) way down the line as well as other things we saw in the pictures that we felt should be done fully and sanitized as well. They were extremely efficient and you didn't know they were there other than the hum of their tools. Start to finish took maybe 90-120 minutes and he showed after pics of each vent/return. At the end he gave us advice on our filter, pointed out an air gap from the installation that I took care of as well as pointing out that our outdoor unit MAY have a fan issue. Called our a/c guy and it certainly did!!!! We will DEFINITELY use them for future cleanings.

The problem was the job was messy, and we were out of town - so when we returned and we could see the job as it was finished in real life we could see the mortar work they did was peeling and cracking already, and the "paint job" on the inside of the fireplace seemed to be a spray painted 2 minute job with no care given to our 100 year old brick work - spray paint was even on the coping. I tried calling Dean multiple times - no answer. I reached out to Dean through text and politely told him the issues - no answer. I sent pictures so he could see for himself - no answer. Lovely! I guess they're only fast and responsive until they get paid then they bail. Lesson learned - just get the company that costs a little more to do the job in future.
