It's also a zoo when you go in there. It's very hectic and I've never seen the same hygienist more than once. They also have an annoying habit of pestering you. For example, I had a 1pm appt. I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue.

I called with a dental emergency, and they got me in right away. I didn't have to wait, and they only took the X-rays that were actually needed. They even offer a free new patient exam and X-rays, which was a wonderful bonus these days. Dr. Tina Liang has such a kind and compassionate heart. She could tell I was scared. I have very high anxiety to begin with and absolutely hate needles, but she explained everything she was doing, never rushed me, and stayed right by my side the whole time. Even though the office was busy, I never felt like I was just another patient. Unfortunately, I had to have two teeth pulled because they couldn't be saved. I never once felt pressured into doing anything I didn't need. There was no upselling just honest, compassionate care. That meant so much to me you don't know. The entire staff was wonderful, and so friendly, patient, and caring. If I still had young kids at home, I wouldn't hesitate to take them there. Relaxing while I wait but usually I don't wait long. Approx 5-15 mins Dr Le and his team are friendly, professional and efficient. He's the only dentist I know that would administer anesthesia and then ask if I feel any pain when he start working on me and stop to give me more anesthesia if I still feel pain. That's how a dentist should be!! I can't tell you how many dentists I've had in the past who starts drilling my teeth without asking if I feel any pain so I'm gripping my chair til my knuckles are white and bear the pain no matter how slight. Communication is the key. Dr Le definitely communicate with his patients and I thank him greatly for that. That's what keeps me coming back for years. Also altho he had a change of receptionist the girls, are always friendly and professional and very accommodating. They will squeeze you in if there's space. They called me to go in when someone cancelled and they almost always call to remind me of my appointment at least a day prior. Good job girls! It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Every time I call it…read morerings and goes to voicemail. Then I'll leave a voicemail and rarely get a call back. A couple weeks ago I called and left a voicemail. After a few hours they called back but I missed the call. I called them back 2 minutes later and it went to voicemail again with no call back. A month or two ago I called to schedule an appointment and they had a message on their machine stating the office would be closed for about a week and a half. I called them twice earlier this week and again it goes to voicemail and I get no call back. They are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday and seem to be gone for lunch Monday-Thursday for 1.5 hours. It's just extremely inconvenient to be able to schedule anything with them and there always seems to be something going on whether they have to shut down temporarily, they have no receptionist, or something else.
