Was greeted at the door, phone was fixed quickly, within an hour, and for a reasonable price. They took the time to show me hot to protect the phone going forward - really above and beyond. Frustratingly, the new screen failed just a few days later (from what I can find online this can happen). I contacted them on Yelp and they responded positively within hours. Sunday Dollar Deals are a scam because they usually pull most of that particular color from the shelves in the previous days. I have watched them do it. Not only will customers steal items from your carts, but recently, I have even had employees steal cabinet display items that I had reserved for purchase upon entering the store. I now donate nearly all of my donation items to local churches who give them freely to the community and seldom waste my time in this store.

It did not have a price sticker so I brought it to the front counter, ready to pay any price for it. The employee told me she couldn't sell it to me which was echoed by a manager. They said their policy was to return it for pricing and a 24 hour hold. I asked if I could leave my number and purchase it in 24 hours. Manager said no. I returned in 24 hours only to find that the store had sold the item hours earlier. I wanted to make an honest purchase and was instead treated like a criminal by staff and for what? Their satisfaction. Some of the staff there is great so I'm by no means calling out the entire store. But if there's no price sticker, be prepared to be treated poorly.​
