A couple vendors were working on their booths. Very friendly staff helped us find some train items for hubby. Mostly booths with some locked cases, and there is a little cafe area with baked goods. A lot of booths were having a sale so that was nice. The merchandise ranged from China sets, oil lanterns, books, clothing and locally made crafts. Most of the items I see here aren't offered at other stores I've been to so I like the uniqueness of them. It's a new store and my only gripe is that when it gets busy, it's hard to get through the traffic. The maze-like layout isn't feasible for the average window shopper. It's also nice that the money you spend goes towards feeding those in need, so I don't mind splurging here every now and then. The customer service is also very approachable and well informed of their merchandise which helped me a lot in Christmas shopping. I'll probably find myself here more often than their mother store, Hot Topic, but I'm glad to see this addition to Eastview Mall.

However as time went on, the quality of the clothes definitely dropped. A lot of the clothes I purchased from Old Navy started to tear in about a week after wearing them. On the other hand, this is the only Old Navy I have been to where the clothes don't break apart after a week's use. Out of all the Old Navy's in the Rochester area, this is my preferred choice even though it's quite a drive to get here but it sure beats the Greece location that I am subjected to whenever I visit the mall. There is plenty of space in this Old Navy to walk around in and the staff keep it an excellent shape but I guess that's the "Victor" standard because even the shops surrounding in it are nothing less then near perfect in presentation. As I said before about the staff, the ones who are employed in this location will treat you with a great amount of respect and kindness that really is hard to find in other locations. I never had any issues with any certain employee and was even complemented by one at one point...even though I was a bit embarrassed by that. When it comes to the clothing selection, women have it made for them here. Unfortunately, this causes the men's area to be a bit lackluster in selection. I'm not saying it's tiny, it's just that I wish there could be a bit more of a selection when it comes to shirts. Strangely enough though, they have an excellent clearance area for both men and women and I am proud to say I was not disappointed at all with what I have found out of all the times I've come here. This area can get a little messy in comparison to the rest of the store but overall, it's well worth the digging through to find a gem for a low price. In the end, I am very satisfied that this Old Navy has managed to stay one step above the others in terms of clothing quality, customer service, and cleanliness. While I may hate the drive, the pay off is well worth the visit.
