The shop owner was very nice, and the community seemed to truly value this shop. Many people stopped by for one last chance to shop and to say hi.

Personally, I tried to visit on a Saturday @ 1pm, Hours 12:30-5pm, however there was a sign posted "will be right back at 2pm" That doesn't mean - will be right back. It should read "will return at". Attempted to return the next day. Sunday hours 12:30-5pm. Upon arriving to LSOH the store was CLOSED. Tried messaging through Instagram account and through their website. Got no response. Once again, when operating a business it's vital your hours are correct, otherwise you'll lose Customers and they'll filter away. At that point unnecessary backpedalling to get them to return. Maybe offer a small percentage off their next purchase for the inconvenience. If you're always going to be closed when hours advertised read open...you might just close permanently. Timid people BEWARE lol…read more I went for the first time today just thinking it was like a normal goodwill, it is not. I was very confused as I saw a line of people waiting for something and I thought I skipped them all. They rotate the bins out every hour or so.. The line of people were waiting for the new bins and when the workers gave the go ahead it was chaos. I spoke to a lady who was going through bins and she gave me a great introduction and stuck with me to show me the ropes. Honestly I had a lot of fun, I feel kind of funky now though. Definitely bring gloves with you, roll up your sleeves and wear a mask because everyone was on top of each other trying to get into these bins. I probably would have spent about 30 dollars for all the stuff I got if I went to a regular goodwill but I only paid 6.31. That's insane and totally worth getting a little funky. Go get dirty!! The shop carries some big designer names like Christian Louboutin, Armani, Gucci, and more. The consignment split is 60/40, with consignors receiving 40%. There's a small but curated selection of accessories like earrings, necklaces, and other pieces, along with a nice variety of handbags, shoes, and clothing. While they carry a range of sizes, many items do run small -- just a heads-up! Bonus: their sister store sells furniture and assorted home goods. Parking is shared but usually manageable.

Honestly, I think I'm in there more than anywhere else in town... okay, maybe second only to the coffee shop -- but still. Priorities. Recently one of the girls who works there asked, "Were you in here recently?" My response: "Yes... but you're going to have to be more specific." At this point I'm basically on a first-name basis with the clearance rack. This place is truly a magical hybrid of boutique, consignment shop, and small-town treasure hunt. They have clothes for kids, teens, and adults -- some new, some consignment -- and the consignment pieces are so pristine you'd swear the previous owner bought them, lovingly removed the tags, whispered affirmations over them, and then never wore them once. And it doesn't stop at clothing. Oh no. There's furniture, small appliances, baby items, exercise gear, bedding, health and beauty goodies (from really good brands, too). You name it, they probably have it. And if they don't today... check back next week, because the inventory changes constantly. One of my favorite things is how active they are on Facebook -- posting new arrivals, sale alerts, and little contests so you can plan your visit like a highly strategic shopping mission. This week I called to retrieve only the new winter coats and they tell me there is no balance on my account - and they do not have them. They further went on to state, they had nothing "tagged" for me since last December.... you literally cannot randomly drop off items, you need an appointment which I had January 26, 2026! The owner had her manager call me, who I had spoke to about these coats twice. Since they take your items and you get no ticket, ...they win! Bad business practice. Whoever took these coats has some nice winter wear.
