Attempted to return the next day. Sunday hours 12:30-5pm. Upon arriving to LSOH the store was CLOSED. Tried messaging through Instagram account and through their website. Got no response. Once again, when operating a business it's vital your hours are correct, otherwise you'll lose Customers and they'll filter away. At that point unnecessary backpedalling to get them to return. Maybe offer a small percentage off their next purchase for the inconvenience. If you're always going to be closed when hours advertised read open...you might just close permanently.
