My family and I have been going to Sun Cleaners for years. Not only do they do a great job with dry cleaning, the owner always remember your name and are friendly and easy to work with. I have had them hem dozens of pants and jeans and they always do a great job. Recently I had them replace a zipper on a bag and not only do they replace the zipper, they also repaired the inside of the bag that was ripped, without being asked. They added a zipper pull as well to make it easier to open the bag. I highly recommend this business. read more

I just tried Sun Cleaners for the first time. My daughter needed her pants hemmed by Thursday (2 day turnaround time...very simple). The woman looked at me like I asked her to sew a dress from scratch. She shook her head and mumbled something about Prom being this weekend. I begged her and she complied. After barking orders to my daughter and me about where she should change, and then spending approximately 36 seconds getting the length straight, she handed me my ticket and said "Thursday afternoon!". I'm hoping that things improve and I have better things to say when I pick the hemmed pants up THURSDAY AFTERNOON. Jeezzzzz Update: I picked up the pants and they were done perfectly. I came to Sun cleaners to get my wedding dress altered. It was recommended to me from a close friend who said she had been going to Sun cleaners for years. My Vera Wang dress had to be taken in on the sides and also the length on the bottom. It wasn't an easy job at all but Young did an AMAZING JOB!!!!! I went this morning to retry on my new dress and it fits like a glove and looks like a brand new dress. She even created a bustle that is much easier to assemble than the original bustle itself. The best! Alterations are amazing. I had a formal gown that was too long but had a decorative bottom. They removed the decorative portion, shorted the dress then reattached the decorative portion as if it had been that way all along. If you have too much they help bring it to the car. If you are a regular customer no problem if you all of a sudden need something quick. Super friendly. read more

We've been going to Sun Cleaners for over 12 years and not only do they always produce the best results with getting all our stains out and very professionally pressed but Young does an excellent job with alterations and hemming. Her husband is always willing to help you out to your car with your beautifully cleaned and pressed clothes. Also, Sun uses environmentally friendly cleaning products and will recycle your hangers. As an FYI, a two-day turn-around sounds very simple to hem a pair of pants but Not if it's the 20th pair of pants needing to be hemmed! What seems simple, isn't always what it appears. read more

Sun Cleaners offers Green Dry Cleaning, theycare about the clothes they clean, and the customers they belong to. I told the owner about my horrible experience at the Dry Cleaning Factory my very first visit, and she was very compassionate to my experience, and hoped that I would like the way she cleaned my clothes. What a difference! The clothes actually look like they were professionally dry cleaned, and pressed. She remembers my name, and has my clothes ready for me as soon as I walk in the door. It was my first time here since I'm newer to the neighborhood, and I definitely found my local dry cleaner! I went in with my 6 month baby to pick up my 30 items that I had cleaned. While I was paying, not only did the lady entertain my baby, but the man brought all of my clothes out to my car and hung them up on the car hook when I wasn't looking. At first I was daunted to pick up such a large load with my baby, but he made it so easy! Friendly, helpful service with a smile! read more

Worst customer service ever. Absolutely horrendous. I have never been insulted ,almost to the point of tears, by a dry cleaner for bringing in dirty clothes until I went to Suns Cleaner. The woman was extremely rude and made me feel like it was a crime to bring in clothes that were dirty to a place of business whose sole purpose is to clean clothes. read more
