We enjoyed everything -- the egg foo Yong was fried and had a little bit of gravy, the eggplant was tender though it was missing some spicy so we added chili oil to it. We also enjoyed the orange chicken, fried rice and chow mein on the combo plate. There were enough leftovers for 2-3 meals. The price was also very fair and the staff kind and attentive despite how busy they are. It's the type of place where the servers ask how your family is doing if they haven't seen you in awhile. Definitely a solid place for Chinese and I can see why they are doing so well!

The sweet and sour chicken was ok, and for the most part, the chicken salad was ok except the pieces of chicken again, had that same taste. I can't really describe it. Anyway, those two dishes are the only reason I gave 2 stars. I normally love leftover Chinese food for breakfast the next day. Not this, I had to throw it away. And that's a crime in this economy.

I think it's hard to mess up Broccoli Beef, so I don't stress on that one. I think I've only once had bad broccoli beef. Our final standard is fried rice. That was our order and this is how it went. Starting with the fried rice, it wasn't fried. It's like they through the ingredients in a rice cooker, lots of butter, and that was it. It wasn't bad. I've definitely had worse, it just wasn't "fried" rice. Next was the orange chicken. It was sweet, but it didn't have that citrusy glaze that I would associate with orange chicken. It also wasn't crispy. Finally, the chow mein. We got the special chow mein because I like the variety of meats. It was just OK. If we come back, I think we'll just get the beef chow mein. It had better flavor than the other meats. But by no means has our hunt for a new Chinese restaurant ended. Another gripe of mine will be the hot mustard. I, for one, enjoy the overpowering aroma that it has. This "hot" mustard was more mustard than anything else.
