The honey shrimp was AMAZING!!!! The first time I ever had honey shrimp without walnuts. I always request no walnuts most time the accommodation can't be made but they sell it that way. Freshly made and perfectly seasoned. Now the teriyaki was ok but not my favorite on the plate. I would order the honey shrimp again by itself. The ambiance was nice for a neighborhood Chinese food restaurant.
Solid amount of food for $14. The breading here is a little thick though, but for the value it's hard to beat. There's plenty of seating indoors and it's solid Chinese food.
I've been wanting to try this place and I'm so glad I did today. The place is clean inside with a max of 28 occupancy. It reminds me of a panda style except better. I got 2 plates and had chowmein, fried rice, mushroom chicken, kung pao chicken, orange chicken, and coconut shrimp. They have other items that are made to order. I ended up ordering the wonton soup which was made to order. I know it's hot out right now but I can eat soup in 100 degree weather. They literally pack the entire container to the brim. The chowmein was delicious. It reminds me of my childhood eating the Chinese food at the swapmeet and they don't pile a ton of cabbage in there and call it chowmein. The flavors were good and my picky kid loved it. I'll definitely be back here. What's even better is they're on DoorDash so I can get it delivered if I'm not up to drive there.
I'm split between 3 and 4 stars. I went with 4 because of the quantity of food for the price. I grew up with really good and authentic Chinese food. But sometimes the craving for good ol' Americanized Chinese fast food kicks in. This fulfilled that craving. I got Combo B - all chow mein with orange chicken and mushroom chicken. The amount of food you get for about $12 is crazy. They kept piling on! The chow mein, while not totally authentic, was the mall style chow mein I was craving. Orange chicken wasn't super spicy which I appreciate. The mushroom chicken was also good. Food overall was a little salty but I didn't get a msg reaction (thank you!) I don't think I'll be a regular but if that craving kicks in again, I'll come here for sure.

There was a lot of beef in the broccoli beef the pork was delicious. The chow mein had lots of veggies. So the next day we order again on DoorDash and we were so disappointed there was not a single veggie in our chow mein we also ordered spicy chicken which was not spicy at all and looked nothing like it did in pictures. Our broccoli beef was all broccoli and I was very sad about it. We also got the chicken wings and they were absolutely disgusting, raw at the center of one and almost all batter. Fast service. Enormous portions almost like viral videos u see in Facebook. I ordered the bbq pork, meat itself is kinda dry. Food is on the salty side. Ordered the teriyaki chicken n mushroom chicken for the wife. She didn't really like the teriyaki chicken, said it didn't really taste like teriyaki. Food taste 5/10, portion 11/10, service 10/10
First time visiting and I'm sad to say my last. I always get gas at Costco and so I decided to go during my lunch break since I was in the area. Upon arrival there was a pretty long line which excited me. I ordered a bowl with chow mein and the coconut shrimp. Food was fresh and hot when I unpacked it. Chow Mein was weirdly starchy with hardly any flavor. The Shrimp were hot but also cold. I liked the flavor but it just wasn't giving. I honestly took about 4 bites and just couldn't carry on. To be fair I only ordered two things. I knew this was a quick counter but I had higher expectations...
This place is so yummy and you get so much food! The service is quick and nice! I usually place my order in on DoorDash for pick up and it's usually ready within 10mins and it's nice and hot! The place is pretty small with some seating available for dine-in but I feel like many do it to-go. It's served close to like Panda Express, lunch-line style. Best bang for your buck! PORTIONS ARE HUGE and the prices are good. We both ordered combo meals. They have a similar set up like Panda Express with all the noodles, fried rice and entrees out to go. They also offer entrees they'll make fresh and catering for trays. This is the best part, though. The lady grabbed the chowmein noodles and packed the to-go plate and then SHOOK IT! She shook it to stuff it to the bottom to make room for the entrees! I was shooketh. When we opened our to go boxes, the food was shaped like the container, lol. Taste was good! Honey says the Kung Pao chicken had a nice kick. The side vegetables were seasoned good - it was light and flavorful! Best I've had in awhile. Their chowmein is thicker and bouncier. I prefer my noodles to have a wok char but this wasn't the case for their chowmein. It was still good though! My order fed me for like 3-4 meals. Honey can eat and he ate it in 1.5 meals, lol. It was a big surprise for us. They had a steady flow of customers too after us. This spot made me super nostalgic of life before inflation and when I was younger and would frequent these type of Chinese to go spots. Now they're hard to find. Check this place out after your Costco run or gas fill up! We would def return!

Aside from it being similiar to a competitor with the intials "P.E.", the difference here and the competitor is that Pan Pan's portions are HUGE. They will stack your choice of food in a mound, almost twice the portions of the leading competitor. I think "stacking" the food is their business practice as my son did mention that it's comparable on how they operate at the SoCal locations. As far as recommendations go, I would go with the Coconut Shrimp, Black Pepper Beef and either the Mushroom or Black Pepper Chicken and I always opt for their noodles. There are other choices as well like Orange Chicken, Beef Broc among others but the three I mentioned are the best tasting in my opinion. 5 of 5 stars Overall: This place is "P.E" on steroids. Portions are "yuge" and the pricing is waaay better (aka cheaper) than the leading competitor: $10.69 for a 2 item and $12.39 for a 3 item (as of July 2025) - really can't beat that. This location (next to Home Depot/Costco) has been busy during my last two visits but the line does move fast. First impressions of location was small and only 1 person working the counter. They were busy on the phone so I didn't get greeted. Definitely not the most welcoming or friendliest when helping with my order. I ordered a plate with orange chicken and spicy chicken with chow mein. The quantity of food was great definitely load up the plates. The quality was also good I liked the flavor of chicken and noodles. Overall great lunch and price was adorable. read more

HUGE portions for the price , I got the combo B which is 2 sides chow mein and fried rice and 2 entrees , orange chicken and spicy chicken, both good. This restaurant is served "panda express " style with a buffet line and you point to what you want. Food is more authentic of course and the portion can easy feed 2-3 people really. Although this place was pretty busy the line moved fast and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Had enough for dinner AND lunch tomorrow. read more
Not bad, the flavor was good. The egg drop soup was filled with eggs and came out piping hot which I love. The soup could've used a little bit more seasoning but I enjoyed it. I got a 3 item combo, chow mien , spicy chicken, kung pao chicken and salt and pepper wings. I enjoyed the flavor of all items but the wings were pretty dry probably because I got the left overs but still enjoyable. Everything was under $20, total $18.80? Big portions. Would probably come back if I was craving Chinese since the price is great and you get a lot. read more

The food here is just fine, I love their chow mein but everything else just seems to be missing something (flavor wise) and their meat options can sometimes be dry. I don't hate the place, but I wouldn't say it's the best in town. You definitely get your money's worth with the generous portions though! Convenient if you're nearby and worth trying for yourself. read more

The amount of food you get in a combo here is INSANE. My husband and I ate less than half our plates, and it still looked like we just bought it. We got two "B" combos, which is 2 entrees and rice/chowmein. I think my jaw almost hit the floor with the amount of food they managed to fit into that box... I recommend the coconut shrimp! It's cooked perfectly, and has great flavor (I promise it's not too coconut flavored!) I will admit, the flavors on some items are subtle, but the sheer amount of food you get makes up for it. It's such a great bargain place to eat. The place was nice and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that their entrees aren't listed on their menu. I think it's because they change around? They had bbq pork, teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, kung pao chicken, and like 7 other dishes to choose from. read more
If you're looking for a budget friendly meal with GIANT portions this is your spot. This plate cost me about $13 after tax and the picture is after I already started eating. There was so much food I could probably feed myself at least 3 times in total. The food was pretty solid. Everything tasted fresh. Not too salty or greasy. Praise the Chinese Food gods! Been looking for a bomb plop and serve since we moved here 2 years ago! We've finally found it!! This place is AMAZING. They give enormous portions and the food is GREAT. Their Egg Drop soup is immediately what I want if I start feeling under the weather. Their coconut shrimp is massive and SO good. For 2 combo B (2 item combos) and 2 medium drinks, it was $35! And I'll be eating my leftovers for the next day or 2! Give this place a chance! Shout out to the guy at the Trader Joe's on Friant who turned me on to this place! read more
We were looking for a new Chinese spot to try and found this one while we were at Costco. When you walk in, it seems like a Panda Express. You pick a combo plate from the menu and they fill the plates in front of you. How is this different from Panda? They FILLED our plate to the brim!! We're still surprised how the boxes stayed closed. Once they put one scoop of protein, you think they're done, but nope they keep packing it on top! The food was decent, you could easily get two meals out of the combo B and it's only $10.69. This right here is tasty and budget friendly. Came here on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. The set up is like Panda Express. Everything is already made and you just point and choose what you'd like. I got chow mien, mushroom chicken, chicken wings, honey shrimp, spicy fish. Chow mien: good, standard. Nothing really stands out but it's good. Not too much flavor but that's okay, balances out the main dishes. (4/5) Mushroom chicken: this was also standard, good. Mushrooms taste fresh. The chicken was good. A tad bit salty. (4/5) Chicken wings: these were delicious, probably my favorite thing on the menu. Still crunchy, garlicky, little kick, sweetness. They gave 3 pieces for one side. We all know how expensive wings are nowadays. (5/5) Honey shrimp: a bit too much batter on the shrimp, sweet. Again, a tad bit salty? But still okay flavor. Spicy fish: honestly I was surprised on this. Lightly battered fish fillets, good flavor. Not overly spicy. (4/5) Overall if you're looking for a cheap meal this is the spot. If you enjoy buffet foods but don't want to go to the crowded buffet, this is it. I love the buffet, I love buffet foods. I enjoyed this. read more
I really like the buffet style fast food Chinese food.. reminds me of Panda Express but this is more authentic imo.. didn't have to wait unless it's long lines or if ur waiting for a certain item to finish up cooking.. I went an hr before closing so some stuff was gone but if u wanted to wait, they would cook more for u.. I ended up waiting for the chow mein. Me and my bf both got three item plates. I got bbq pork, chow mein, honey coconut shrimp, and I think spicy chicken. He got fried rice and chow mein, bbq pork, honey coconut shrimp and orange chicken. I actually thought everything tasted good besides the bbq pork. It was too tough for me. The shrimp was my favorite.. I like how it was still crispy even after having sauce all over it. After eating, I noticed that I had really bad heart burn tho.. idk if it's from the food or what I ate before that. If I'm in the area I'd still come back for it if craving Chinese. Got in and out quickly without a problem. Clean dinning area. Food was decent. They offer utensils and condiments to go on the side across from register. Condiments such as chili sauce, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce. There are more, this is all I can recall. Also small containers to pour yourself some sriracha out of the bigger bottle and other sauces. Beef and broccoli can add a little ore flavor or salt however, everyone's preferences are different. Get a lot of food for your money. Well worth it. Panda Express style type of Chinese spot. read more
My first time there and I actually really enjoyed this spot. I've been searching for some good Chinese food. I got the number 2 combo and an order of the chicken eggrolls, they really packed the container with a lot of food. I spent around $18 for everything. The chow mien was nice and flavorful, I didn't need to add soy sauce or anything which I tend to always do. The spicy chicken was very good but not too spicy. Coconut shrimp was nice and fresh, I usually don't get this but I've been craving it recently. I can see myself getting this again. The chicken eggrolls wasn't that great and lacked flavor, a little bland. There was also a few items I tried off my friends, the orange chicken that was delicious, just as you imagine orange chicken to taste like. Kung pao chicken was very good and I think that was my favorite out of everything I tried. Salt and pepper wings, the flavor was good but the chicken was very dry so a little disappointing on that. I think if we had it fresh it would've been better. Egg drop soup also lacked flavor, needs salt and chicken powder. Inside was pretty clean and they do have a few seatings but it can get pretty busy. We got there when there was no line and not too long after it started to get packed, possibly a dinner rush. So maybe be cautious of the time you choose to go. Service was friendly and patient with us. I do see myself going back and I would like to try some of their other menu items. I'm only giving them a 3 because of the food that was bland but overall I would give them at least a 3.7 but Yelp doesn't let you do point ratings lol read more
