No considered the normal dine in atmosphere, yet there are tables indoors for "hot n ready" consumption. Always loved great food. The food was the real highlight. Every dish came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The orange chicken was perfectly crispy with just the right balance of sweetness and tang, and the fried rice was loaded with ingredients--not dry or bland like you sometimes get elsewhere. I was so disappointed in this food. I got the orange chicken and the chicken pieces were so over fried , they were so tough and almost inedible. The orange sauce was also burnt, and had that old oil taste. The bbq pork was dry and tough. My husband said his kung pao shrimp was just ok. The Potstickers were at least decent. Not good at all, I should've listened to the reviews. The flavor of the orange chicken was really gross. The steamed rice tastes weird and so does the "pan fried" noodles. I called in an order for pick up. I ordered chicken chow mein (Chinese style). The food was ready when I showed up to pick up my order. The food was still hot when I got home (10-15 minute drive). The chicken chow mein was really salty. I was hungry. I ate more than I wanted to . My wife tried the food. I didn't tell her that I thought it was salty. The food is garbage. I don't know why we stopped here I think because it's close to our house the only one only a few blocks away. Our orange chicken was dark and drenched in the dark black stuff I'm assuming is their orange chicken sauce. They need to be closed they do not take their food serious here they are just serving as if they are serving their animals. Rice was so hard I thought it was undercooked but it was old. I ordered from this place through Uber eats. I was craving Chinese food and this was the place that Uber offered. I ordered the garlic chicken with noodles and the spicy orange chicken with rice. The garlic chicken was good. The servings were large and the food was fresh. The spicy chicken was SPICY! Like wow way too hot for me. My hubby liked it though. But I couldn't eat it. I just had the worst dinner of my life from here last night. I was feeling undecided on what to order, so went with the "Family Special B" for $23, plus a side of steamed rice for $2.50. With tax, the total came out to 27.53. The family dinner included the following: "Paper Wrapped Chicken, Special Chow Mein, Fried Shrimp, Pork Fried Rice, Chinese Tea Bag, Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings, Fortune Cookies, Egg Roll" I don't even know where to begin. The rice (both the pork fried rice, and steamed rice) was so unbelievably dry and tasteless. The paper chicken were triangular foil packets with burnt dark chicken stuck inside. My adult son and I both agree that every single thing tasted awful! We will NEVER visit again, and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. What a huge disappointment and waste of money. I did read the reviews first and was skeptical since it seems to have more than normal 1 and 2 stars but I threw caution to the wind. I gambled and lost. The food here was pretty awful. We got 2 entrees and 2 appetizers and nothing was good. Before today the worst Chinese food I ever had was just flavorless but this one went above and tasted bad. Like in wrong kind of bad. I got the almond chicken and it had this very weird off-tasting sauce that ruined it. It wasn't even edible. The egg rolls were the worst I ever had. The Pork Chow Mein had 4 pieces of pork. When I first walked in the first thing I saw was a bunch of dirty pots and pans tossed throughout the kitchen after I looked down to realize that there were only children working and the oldest looking like he was 16 years old. there were no adults around! This is my kind of Chinese take out. Besides a counter and a table with chairs you pretty much walk into the kitchen. They have some serious looking woks, everyone is Chinese, they speak Chinese and they aren't friendly at all....I tell ya I love it. I'm not there to be served I want my food to go and I'll take care of the rest. In a place like this it's all about the execution not the ambiance or the service. The menu is full of the Americanized Chinese dishes people seem to crave. We should rename most places to Amerinese. Everything is hot and fresh and they use good quality produce. What I don't like. I've been here many times and always get my dishes spicy. I tell them to kick it up, but they still think my sensitive white pallet can't take it. The last couple of times I've been there they've given me the heel of the bell pepper which was big and chunky and it didn't have the proper cut on it. I know they know better, they just don't think that I do. Water was added to early to the dish and lacked the "wok" flavor that I love. The portions are huge, two big eaters could share one plate. If I'm in the Fig loop area and I want take out this is where I'm headed.
