There were two girls at the entrance that could have care less about our needs. One was a fake " blonde orang " long hair girl. I asked her for help and she was annoyed when I asked her for a different style brush for the eyebrow brush. She actually left me. Haha. She was excited to get back to her conversation with the other girl about her personal life. Chiarra was the polar opposite. Nit only was she already busy because she was on register but when she was free she helped us a total of three times. She knew her brands WELL and was able to point us in the direction of what we were looking for. One of the things we wanted was not there so after she helped more people on the register she actually searched online for us to give us more options. She was incredible. She went above and beyond. And in addition to that (!) she also was able to make the entire interaction personable.. she shared her experience with France (we are French), and she went to school in Berkeley and i live in the bay area so we talked about that.. snd she did that while she multi tasked and got my mom set up. She was honestly awesome and professional and kind and could teach the other girls a few lessons..!

It had a light nutty smell, and when rubbing it on my hands it basically melted like butter smoothing over all my rough patches and providing a calm relief of moisture. I wandered around a bit looking at other items. I wanted to see if there was a tester so I could feel the consistency of the Redken gloss I was about to buy. I know the store pretty well, so I knew where it was and there wasn't a tester. It must've been a popular deal because there weren't any more left. I didn't see sales people on the floor at all so there's no one I could ask any questions to. Luckily, I got what I needed and went to the checkout. I had recently found a very, very old gift card that I had. So old that you couldn't even check the balance anymore. I asked the girls if I could use it and they said yes they never expire, after checking it only had $2.70 on it. They were really nice about helping me. I also had another gift card I used to pay with and again they were just super helpful and kind. The service here has been hit or miss in the past. I've had some fantastic sales people and I've had some not so fantastic ones so it was nice to have the girls at the checkout be so happy and willing to help. I'm glad this is my store because it's better than a lot of the other ones I've been to. I'll will for sure keep coming back.

My niece chose purple which looked so cute and I decided on gold. Such a fun experience and made my niece's day!
