Comes through for you!…read more I had purchased a makeup collection here as a gift. It was supposed to come with six items in an opaque cardboard box, but for some reason I only received four. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box in-store to check, so it was quite the surprise for the gift recipient when we opened the box. I was worried that the store wouldn't fix it for me, but I was worried for nothing! They remembered me and fixed the error right away with an exchange (which we opened in-store to make sure it had everything). The entire exchange process was quick and painless. Some of the employees can be a bit lackluster. Most people shop here for the slight discount, not the service. Try to remember that and cut them a break. Most of the staff are actually nice. Just give them the benefit of the doubt and they'll treat you with the same courtesy. They don't have additional savings or free gifts like shops in malls do. But occasionally, their gift sets are good deals. Look around for it, as I was directed to this one by a super nice stranger rather than an employee. They don't have refunds apparently. Don't even try. Get an exchange. If you're not happy with your purchase, you'll have a much better time if you just take the gift card or exchange. If you had a problem with what you originally bought, get an exchange and just have it checked in-store for satisfaction. All in all, the prices here are pretty good! They're on par with online prices and slightly lower sometimes too. Check it out if you want something immediately!

It was an old school store, not fancy nor modern but you could find treasures! Great helpful nice and friendly staff until... the store remodeling. Prices went to high up and no more goodies... My mom came with high expectations form her previous experiences but left... empty handed... I didn't like the attitude of the staff this time. Un-interested/motivated to sale.

I'm a Lancome kinda girl and have been for over 5 years now…read more.. While most choose MAC for their cosmetic needs, I'm a fan of Lancome. I was an Estee Lauder user for years, but the products just got a bit too harsh for me. If you wait for the right time, you get some really awesome deals. The promo to wait for is their 4 for $40 as in 4 full size products!!! I believe they only have the deal twice a year, so you have to look out for it. During other times I've stopped in and I've gotten full size eye shadows, blushes, mascara, eye liners for $5! Again, be on the lookout. The customer service is a hit and miss here. Sometimes they care and other times they don't. Some piece of advice, however, know what you want and get out...

The stuff on the front table is usually 50% off and you get a discount on top of that if you are a AAA member. Not only that but if you make a purchase of a certain amount, you can get something for free. The last time I was in the store, I made a $50 purchase and was able to take home a lancome palette for free, that was worth $50!! I can't remember all the products that they have, but off the top of my head I have seen Urban Decay, Lancome, Khiels, YSL, Clarasonic, and many many more. Some of the products do rotate out though so if you see any YSL lipsticks, stock up, because they may not be in stock the next time you visit. The only downside is that they don't have a facebook page or website to notify you of upcoming events or discount. There actually is a facebook page, but it hasn't been updated in a long time. Even a mailing list would be great! But anyways, this is such a great store to try out box sets full of samples and deluxe size items for a lower price. You can definitely stock up on prezzies here for birthdays and holidays. The store also carries fragrance sets as well.

I wandered around a bit looking at other items. I wanted to see if there was a tester so I could feel the consistency of the Redken gloss I was about to buy. I know the store pretty well, so I knew where it was and there wasn't a tester. It must've been a popular deal because there weren't any more left. I didn't see sales people on the floor at all so there's no one I could ask any questions to. Luckily, I got what I needed and went to the checkout. I had recently found a very, very old gift card that I had. So old that you couldn't even check the balance anymore. I asked the girls if I could use it and they said yes they never expire, after checking it only had $2.70 on it. They were really nice about helping me. I also had another gift card I used to pay with and again they were just super helpful and kind. The service here has been hit or miss in the past. I've had some fantastic sales people and I've had some not so fantastic ones so it was nice to have the girls at the checkout be so happy and willing to help. I'm glad this is my store because it's better than a lot of the other ones I've been to. I'll will for sure keep coming back.

I had no idea that Ulta offered the service of put tinsel in your hair and for such a good deal. It's $15 for 15 strands and the whole process took around 10 minutes a person. My niece chose purple which looked so cute and I decided on gold. Such a fun experience and made my niece's day! Fun fact I learned while being there: specific Ulta locations host birthday parties and the one at the forum is one of them. We saw a little girls birthday party and it was so cute.

In particular, I went to go get some Mac studio fix powder. The store was busier than I've ever seen any Ulta, which caught me by surprise. It took me a while to find an associate to help. They would make eye contact and keep walking. I finally asked someone to help me color match. It had been years since I used the studio fix and I loved it when I was younger but found it hard to be matched. She tried a few colors on me and decided on one. It looked okay to me but it's so hard to tell in store. She also explained to me that the formulation had changed over the years and it wasn't the same as it used to be. They no longer use talc. She expressed that some people like it, and some people do not. I had no idea so I'm glad she told me. I ended up asking a few other sales people where to find items I was looking for, one pointed in the direction and one actually took me there. I sampled a few items through testers, but decided to stick with just the pressed powder for now. There was a long line to check out, but there was quite a few cashiers and they were opening more as I waited. The line moved quickly and I was able to pay for my item and ask questions about the return policy in case I didn't like the new formula . When I got home, I tested my new product and unfortunately it's a bit orange on me so I'll be bringing it back. Also, I do not like the new formulation it's very different (obviously not ulta's fault) and the coverage is weak so I am happy the employee on the floor let me know. I like ultas selection and sales, the service is hit or miss, but I'll keep coming back for the great deals.
