The little home-made Poptarts are delicious, and they'll keep just fine until the next day too. They're crumbly (so beware eating them in the car!), but they're really good and soft. Great real-fruit flavors too. It's darker in there during the day (which I love), making it easier to see a laptop screen. Plus, they keep it nice and air-conditioned. I came in the late afternoon to this bakery/coffee house combo, and I was pleasantly surprised with the environment. Lots of natural light and easy-going atmosphere. It was a small shop, but still had good seating. I ordered a prickly pear espresso tonic and got a bag of beans as well. I had a great interaction with the barista and she recommended me some good beans to take home. The tonic itself was very refreshing, and I was happy to have it on one of the hottest days of the year up until then. Lovely vibes and the coffee is great. I think I want to come back to try their other espresso-based stuff to get a good gauge on how a flat white or cortado tastes.
