The staff is also super quick with getting back to you. They have great security as well, they have someone walk the units to make sure all if good. I had a lock on my unit that was not locked properly (my fault) and when the staff noticed it was unlocked they were quick and transparent to let me know of the issue. Truly they handled it the best!

I have had a storage until at Tautphaus Park Storage for over 20 years. The original owner was…read moregreat, but since Storage Corner purchased the facility it's been awful. Rent has jumped by $75 PER MONTH (a 69% increase), TONS of repetitive paperwork requirements, and RUDE customer service people. Most recently, they started charging me a monthly "protection" fee, despite the fact that I had provided them with a copy of my insurance coverage. It has taken two days and 7 (SEVEN!) phone calls to get through to a "manager" who told me I should have known what they were going to do because I got a generic email from them last year. He admitted that he wouldn't be happy if he and I switched positions, but they have thousands of clients and the can't possibly reach out to individual customers. So, if you want a storage unit company that thinks that $3K/year isn't enough to warrant ANY individual customer service, Storage Corner is definitely for you. Buyer (OK, renter) beware.
