Thick crust pizza great toppings but a slow wait and the price isn't cheap. We tried the veggie and the BBQ chicken, both were great. An amazing stop coming out of the mountains after camping. Not the best customer service but they are busy. Not very many seats so it may be better to take it to go. I would only recommend getting the small we're it is the best bang for your buck. It's good pizza, nothing special, nothing spectacular. An old standby for me, I don't crave pizza often, I'm usually pleased with the food. Never had a bad pie, never a great one, but it gets the job done. Consistency is important and these guys are always putting out a good pizza. The staff are very friendly and take good care of you. Went there with the whole family not expecting much...but left stuffed. I told myself I'd only eat a couple pieces but that didn't last long. My wife and I both thought the small salad we had was as good as we've had in the salt lake valley. The BBQ chicken pizza was SOOo good. Can't wait to go back. I love this family owned and family friendly pizza place! They employ lots of our high schoolers and feed pretty much all of them. I've ordered from Summit Inn more times than I can count and have always had great service! Everything is fresh and delicious. I love cheese doodles and a salad with everything on it. Gross! We ordered an Ultimate Veggie pizza that was soggy, only partially cut, and had about half the amount of cheese it should have. Seriously, the grossest pizza I have ever had. Get a frozen pizza before you waste your money on this garbage. read more

The seating is horrendous, for anyone with the inability to climb steep narrow stairs! They have seating downstairs which was all full with families eating, so the only option was take food to go. We came in to dine in not take our food to go. Since the place has no consideration for people with disabilities we won't waste our money on extremely over priced pizza. read more

Summit Inn Pizza is the best! They use the freshest topping, and the crust is to die for. You can't order a pizza without getting a side of Doodles. Cheese Doodles and Cinnadoodles are great, but the Raspberry Doodle are amazing! And don't overlook the cookies at the register. I have eaten at summit in many times and have never had a bad experience. There pizzas are the best around. And their cheese bread and cheese doodles are heavenly. There is a reason these guys have won numerous best of state awards. And Dan the owner is one of the nicest guys I know. I have many friends and family members that will make the drive up to Kamas just for some pizza and ice cream from Summit Inn. I would recommend the chicken bacon ranch pizza or an original pepperoni. Make sure you get an order of cheese bread or cheese doodle. You will be thanking me later. read more

This is some of the best pizza I have ever had (and I lived in Italy so I know good pizza). The customer service is as good as it gets. Way too expensive for what you get! I figured pizza at the Summit Inn would cost a bit more than a national chain since this is a small business in a small town. But after shelling out $40 for two large pizzas, we were very disappointed. It is definitely NOT worth the price! Despite verifying a specific pick-up time, it was obvious our pizzas had been made well ahead of time and left to languish under the heat lamps. The edges of the crust were shriveled and the texture of cardboard and the cheese had turned into a congealed glob. The crust under the toppings was undercooked and doughy and there was way too much sauce. The toppings were good, but could not save that horrible sauce and disgusting crust. I can't think of anywhere that I've had a worse pizza. The crust was so hard that it broke off into bits and pieces while the cheese and sauce slid off. I think I could have poured flour and water into my mouth, squirted in a ketchup packet and a glob of Easy Cheese and gotten the same flavor as this pizza. We were starving and waited about 45 minutes to get this horrible disappointment. Not sure what the hype is about this place. Terrible...drive the 10 minutes over the hill to Park City, it's well worth the wait. read more

Yum! It was really good pizza and salad. Fresh and the building is really cool and comfortable inside. They even were able to cater to my Celiac daughter and offered a gluten-free crust pizza and told us they are very careful to wear gloves and use separate pans to prevent cross contamination. Recently moved to the area and it was recommended. You will see that there has not been many positive reviews in the past 6 months. Well that is probably the last time they cleaned. Unprofessional staff, loud and not attentive. After ordering since we now live close by asked if they deliver. The associate said she did not know. Oh boy. Well we try and keep our hopes high and make our way to the area to sit down an eat. Nobody in there, every table dirty. Seemed to have about 6 associates there doing little but no clean tables. Moved some items so we could sit down. I look up at the wall and see soda that has been splashed up on the wall. It has been there for quite some time. Had marks where it ran down the wall and then dried. When you sit with your back to the wall you stick to it. As we look around you see how very dirty it is. From the carpet, soda machine, chairs, windows, straw dispenser. Even the utensils holder had food hardened on it. Will sum it up with one word. Sticky. As we wait for our pizza we decided we can not eat there and ask for it to go. Forgot extras that we ordered. Asked for crushed red pepper to go, that was a challenge for them. While in the dining room if you can call it that, the manager did get herself a refill of soda and took some trash off one table but did not come back as every table needed to be wiped down. We will never go back and will share our experience. Pizza was undercooked, had to finish in our oven at home. They have a picture of the owners and a note about them in the shop. I am very doubtful they have been in there in quite some time. read more

We are new to the area and heard from everyone to try Summit Inn Pizza. They were right, and we love it! Our kids' favorites are the doodles (like cheesy garlic bread rolls) and our favorite pizza is Dan's Choice. We also have many extended family members who have to eat gluten free that make a drive to come here for the gluten free pizza crust - it's the best they've found! This place was voted best in state pizza for Utah and it definately lives up to it! We drive all the way from salt lake to go to kamas, just to get pizza at the summit inn! Its a good priced menu and an all around fun mom and pop feel. I recommend getting the chicken ranch pizza. read more
