If you're looking for a peaceful place to come home to after a long day of work, this is not the place. Most evenings during the week--and nearly all day on weekends--the noise level is overwhelming. Children are often outside screaming at the top of their lungs, throwing rocks, climbing on community tables and chairs, and leaving trash around the property. There seems to be very little supervision or respect for shared spaces, and it creates a chaotic environment.
These concerns have been brought to the attention of management, but unfortunately nothing has changed. It often feels like the community areas turn into a free-for-all, and residents are left to deal with the noise and mess.
The atmosphere also isn't helped by certain adult neighbors who are not particularly welcoming or considerate, which adds to the overall uncomfortable feeling of the complex.
If you tour the property during weekday mornings, it may appear quiet and well-kept. However, the real environment becomes obvious after school hours and into the evening--when the noise and disruptions consistently begin.
If you're seeking a calm, respectful, and well-managed community, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This complex has become more stressful than restful, and in my opinion, it's simply not worth the time or the money. read more
