They power washed, primed and painted and made sure all of our cars were covered in plastic as well as the neighbors cars as paint travels. They were meticulous in their detail and made sure we had the right colors to fit our home and cleaned up well after the painting was done as well as hauling all trash and paint away. They did an excellent job on our house and especially our separate garage door. We are very pleased with the job and can't stress how great the house looks.. Aaron is very professional and communicates well and can be reached easily. I highly recommend JB painting for all your painting needs

Got a quote from Rick's to remove some bushes and some brick veneer from the front of my house…read more Some of the brick had separated from the house so it all needed to go. The quote was fair and decided to give it a go. Rick's crew showed up a little early, which I appreciated. I asked them to be as careful as possible with the removal in order to preserve the wood siding underneath the brick. They were done in less than two hours and the wood siding underneath was kept in great shape! Very happy with the outcome. Will be calling them for future work for sure!

Asked for and received a quote from Rick in February of 2024, for demolishing my mother's backyard…read morecottage, and one fence, including digging up and carrying away the poured pier-type concrete foundations of the cottage, bringing electrical, water, and sewage lines down to the surface, and cleaning up. Added to the quote was an optional junk handling and hauling fee. Initial quote was lowest of several bids I had for this work. Quote additions were extremely reasonable and handled very professionally. Service and work quality were professional, friendly and very high quality. They took all my junk accumulated over years in the basement garage and carefully swept up after. Initial estimate of engagement's duration was 5 days and they did it in 4, including an unexpected add-on demolition of the back fence. They also use Marin county's Zero Waste waste stream, which is important to me - I want my junk to have the best chance of not ending up in the landfill. They picked up every little fragment from the demolishing and the junk hauling that was at all reasonable. The dirt left behind is otherwise spotless. Now I'm just left to decide how best to remediate the holes in the ground left by the things I requested they dig out. An entirely expected outcome. They were professional, helpful, attentive, worked with me on deciding how to handle special waste my mother had hidden away for years under the structure, and everything they touched looks clean and well kept. It's been a long time coming and much appreciated. Photos are of structures they demolished, and of outcomes. Very happy with their service. Would recommend without reservations.

This entire team is incredible, I offer my strongest recommendation for their services for any junk…read moreor yard-based work you have. Amazingly responsive - I sent out a Yelp request for estimates on a yard clean up in the middle of the night and Junk-A-Lot responded within minutes with an offer of a free evaluation AND an actual number. Punctual and communicative - They arrived when they said they would and were communicative about when they were close by and when they were pulling up to the house Hard working - A team of 2 skilled junk removal and yard cleanup experts got my front and back yard to ship shape and looking good enough to hand back to landlords. The landlords were perfectly happy with the yard so Junk-A-Lot did their job well. Expert and Knowledgeable workers - Don't let the company fool anyone, these guys are seasoned experts at this. They've worked for other larger junk removal and yard cleanup companies before and so they know what they're doing when it comes to the services they offer. They wanted to break out on their own and take their skills into their own hands and so this company brings with it years of collective experience. Aware and respectful - While they worked they made sure everything was going well overall and asked me multiple times to clarify how I wanted a thing done, or what exactly should be moved. Flexible - During the work I had a couple things I needed added on to their initial walkthrough estimate and, without issue, they said "sure". The increase to the estimate was completely reasonable for the amount of extra work I dropped on them and they got it done in no time. Fairly priced - Their pricing was almost too good to be true for me. I was expecting a huge bill and they got back to me with such a fair and reasonable charge that I was so thankful for. I was left overwhelmingly impressed. I needed to move rental houses and I was so worried about every aspect of the move and Junk-A-Lot made the outside of the property good as new.
